I came into town for work and stayed at this hotel for 7 days. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The lobby and dining areas were always clean and well kept, and the location was excellent with easy access to everything I needed during my trip. As someone who frequently stays at Marriott properties, I will say the breakfast compared to other locations was a little underwhelming. One morning in particular there was no real protein option available aside from watery eggs, which was disappointing. That said, the service absolutely made up for it. Clay (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) at the front desk was excellent throughout my stay. He answered all my questions, was efficient, professional, and always pleasant to chat with whenever I was coming and going. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would consider staying here again in the future.

I would like to give a special thank you to Herlinda, one of the housekeeping staff, for her truly exceptional kindness and service. She is not part of the laundry team, but when we came back completely soaked from the rain, she kindly offered to take our clothes, dry them for us, and personally deliver everything back to our room — and she didn’t charge us anything at all. Her thoughtfulness, warm attitude, and willingness to help went far beyond her job duties. Moments like this truly make a stay unforgettable. Thank you, Herlinda, for your genuine care and beautiful hospitality. You made our experience so much better. Highly appreciated! 💛

The hotel is convenient, across from the convention center. Walkable to some shopping / dining sections of ft worth. The property was in an ownership transition during my stay, so minor cosmetic issues, and my lock stopped working. The staff was indifferent. Breakfast was fine.

Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to note his name, but we would like to express our sincere gratitude to one of the front desk staff members who worked the afternoon–evening shift on December 22. When we checked in, we were not informed by the front desk that hot water would be unavailable until 6:00 p.m. At the time, our entire family was feeling slightly unwell, and unfortunately my husband had to take a cold shower. To make matters worse, the heater in our room was not working properly, and the room temperature only reached about 21°C. The gentleman at the front desk who came on shift after her, however, was extremely helpful and professional. Upon our inquiry regarding the hot water and heater, he immediately assisted us in changing rooms. As we requested a room upstairs to reduce the occasional loud motorbike noise, he made a genuine effort to find a suitable room, despite another staff member stating that all floors were the same. He also kindly called us as soon as the hot water service was restored. The room we were moved to was warm and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Marriott in downtown Fort Worth. The convenience of valet parking was especially appreciated, given the cold temperatures and snowfall during our visit. Alex, the friendly staff member at the check-in desk, welcomed us warmly and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We savored the delicious and fresh breakfast each morning, and the hotel's cleanliness and comfort truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, the location was perfect, as we were within walking distance to several fantastic restaurants. Overall, we are delighted that we chose to stay here during our time in downtown Fort Worth!
