I wanna start by staying at the hospitality and customer service of this facility was amazing employees went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind. The rooms are great customer service amazing and the people very humble. My day was a 10 out of 10 I would recommend

This was a great place the breakfast was free and there are so many attractions close by. I especially was blown away by 2 of the front desk employee’s John was amazing and so was the 2nd shift employee I believe his name was Braxton they both made this stay so much better with a great personality and helping attitude. We will definitely come again.

I got here on Christmas Day and the front desk staff person was so unfriendly she did not smile not once!!! As soon as I got to my room there was roach in the shower. The following morning the breakfast area chairs were dirty everywhere. The same mean person was at the desk still not smiling. OMG I will never come back here again. She is a young black girl who is rude and not friendly. SMH

I recently checked into the Hampton Inn in Fort Worth, Texas after a very long day of travel, and I feel compelled to share my experience—both to recognize outstanding service and to offer constructive feedback. I arrived late in the evening, close to 10 PM, exhausted and overwhelmed after overpacking for what will be a short stay. As I walked through the doors juggling all my luggage, I hadn’t even properly introduced myself before Braxton immediately stepped in to help. His energy was a complete ray of sunshine at the end of a very long day. I am in town due to a family emergency and have been navigating a series of personal challenges, so that level of kindness meant more than I can fully express. As someone with 25 years in property management, I understand how critical front desk roles are—they shape the entire guest experience and influence how SOPs are carried out in real time. Braxton exemplifies exactly where he belongs in this industry. He went above and beyond: taking the time to make sure I was okay, acknowledging my Honors member status, and making me feel genuinely welcome. He was incredibly resourceful, offering helpful information about the area and places to visit. What stood out even more was that he was working alone—multitasking, answering phones, assisting other guests—yet maintained a warm smile and positive attitude the entire time. He deserves to be recognized for the level of service he provides. I also want to acknowledge the overnight associate who was working around 3:45 AM on March 5, 2026. Although it was a brief interaction, being greeted with a simple “welcome back” made a difference. It was kind, warm, and appreciated. This morning, around 7:35 AM, I returned to the front desk to address a booking issue. I had mistakenly used points for only one night instead of my full stay. Braxton assisted me again by reserving the additional days and explaining the process of checking out and back in. During this time, I interacted with Cierra. While she was following policy, the interaction lacked warmth. There was no smile, no acknowledgment of my Honors status, and the overall tone felt more transactional than welcoming. When offering the Honors snack bag, I was asked if I wanted it rather than it being presented as part of the experience. I share this not to criticize, but as an opportunity for growth. In hospitality, especially at the front desk, tone and delivery matter just as much as policy. A brief refresher in guest engagement and recognition could make a meaningful difference. We all learn, grow, and improve—and I genuinely want to see everyone succeed. Lastly, I want to highlight Maria from the kitchen. She was an absolute joy. She greeted me warmly, asked about my morning, and engaged in genuine conversation that felt natural and heartfelt. We laughed, we talked, and for a moment, she truly brightened my day. Her presence reflects someone who either has years of experience or simply carries a natural gift for hospitality. She is kind, polite, and a beautiful example of how small interactions can have a big impact. This may be a long review, but it comes from a place of sincerity. I believe in providing feedback that is both constructive and uplifting. Nothing about my stay was negative—there is simply room for continued excellence, and also a strong need to recognize those who are already delivering it. Thank you to Braxton and Maria for making a difference during my stay. Your kindness does not go unnoticed.
