It's an older hotel. The part of town it's in doesn't help much. The lobby in the afternoon was filled with a large group of guys drinking both of the nights I was there. That kind of stuff going on inside isn't a family environment when you have children with you. There parking is $30.00 a day so account for that charge, it's not advertised when you book online. One occasion I got in the elevator and it smelled like pot, very strong odor! Thought I was going to get high just being in there. The parking is TIGHT best to be on a bicycle. Also paid parking and park at your own risk, no security. Not sure why I had to pay and they take no responsibility 🤷.

Looks can be deceiving. From the hotel lobby, it looks like a nice clean and newer hotel but it definitely is not. My stay here was horrible and I had to check out 4 nights early. The carpet in the room was stained. The ceiling has mysterious stains. The shower pole had a large hole where someone had hit it with something the hotel didn't bother to fix it. My mini fridge did not work and when a tech came into the room and "fixed" the problem it still did not work. My pillows had a weird stain on it and honestly that was the final straw. But there is more. Some of tiles on different floors in front of the elevator had a large chunk broken out of it. I went to 2 floors to look for ice and none of the machines had ice. The pool looks like it houses the lochness monster. The hotel makes you feel dirty and a motel 6 would have been more hospitable place. Do not stay here. The fact they want to charge $30 a night for parking to stay in the first level of hell is audacity enough. Find somewhere else to stay in fort worth.

The location worked well for me near I-35W & I-30. The room was clean and comfortable, but lacked coffee and I had to go back to the toilet and jiggle the handle to get it to quit running. The refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. The garage drainage was poor with pools of standing water that were difficult to avoid. The handicap auto door opener to the upper garage was not operational. They did have a good breakfast and friendly staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a conference at the convention center nearby. I have some critiques but overall I had a very good stay. The staff was extremely friendly in every interaction I had with them. The front desk were accommodating and helpful. I was able to check in a little early and they also let me keep my rental car there for a few hours after I checked out since I wasn’t flying out until after my conference ended that day. The room was comfortable but bore sighs of aging. I included some pictures, the drain covers weren’t screwed in so I basically just set them aside while using the sink and shower since otherwise they just filled with water. There was some scuffing on the furniture but it didn’t affect its functionality. For some reason in hotels over the past few years there’s an issue with the power plugs that are built into desks and lamps where they’re too loose for use, so despite having like 8 or 10 in the room only maybe 4 or so were in working order. There was a refrigerator and a microwave but no coffee maker, though there was a coffee machine in the lobby that was available at all hours. The outside of the window was filthy and definitely occluded the view but other than that the room was very clean. I liked that they included soft and firm pillow options and labeled them as such. The amenities were basic but they were at least there. A very good hot breakfast for a non-elite hotel. The pool area was hot but the pool itself pretty cold. The hot tub wasn’t working which was super disappointing since part of the reason I booked here was the ability to soak at the end of the day. The fitness room wasn’t comprehensive but there was some cardio machines, an adjustable bench, and dumbbells ranging from 15-50 lbs. I included a video. Overall if I came to this area again I’d probably stay here. There are issues with non functioning amenities and aging rooms but a hot breakfast and friendly staff overcome a lot of that.

We needed something close to Cook Children’s Hospital, since our daughter is admitted inpatient for a week now with no timeline of when she will be discharged, and this location has been amazing for us! Room is great. Marquita has also been such a God send!! She makes us feel right at home and so comfortable, we truly love her. She is so attentive, answers all our questions, and is seriously the sweetest to any and every person that comes in. We hope she knows that she has made this difficult time, very pleasant for us. I also LOVE the overall look and smell of lobby area, very clean and fresh. We’ve had no problems whatsoever. Elevators are a little slow but a very minuscule problem compared to how good everything has been for us. Thank you so much!!
