Our stay at The Harper Hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully appointed. Our room was comfortable, inviting, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed deserves a special mention—it was incredibly comfortable and buttery soft, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The professionalism and hospitality of the staff were evident throughout our visit. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The front desk team was especially helpful during the check-in process, making everything seamless and stress-free. A very special thank you goes to Cole Cooper, Director of Rooms, for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Cole's attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly set the standard for exceptional hospitality. He took the time to make sure all of our needs were met and that we felt welcomed throughout our stay. We highly recommend The Harper Hotel to anyone visiting Fort Worth and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Stayed for a week and loved this hotel. The staff and valet could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms felt very elegant and much more like an apartment than a hotel. (Loved this!) The location is amazing! Right in the heart of the city with excellent restaurants and everything you need within a short walk. Very walkable and safe. Had the best meal of my entire trip at the Italian restaurant on the first level.The bar on the top floor is comfortable with an amazing view. The hallways could use a little more frequent vacuum, but room was spotless. Can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay!!

I just spent four nights at Harper and overall had a pleasant stay. Rooms are nicely decorated, modern and comfortable. I'm always nervous about the mattress because I like it on the firmer side. Thankfully, it was very comfortable, not firm but definitely not soft, right in the middle. I thought the restaurant Il Modo was excellent. I had dinner there once and breakfast twice. All times the food was delicious and service absolutely exceptional! I actually tried to recreate a breakfast dish once I got home, because it was that good. All in all, it is a lovely hotel, and I would be happy to stay there again.

I wish I had more stars... The hotel was immaculate - the room was gorgeous and spacious and so clean everywhere! The service was delightful - Friendly and attentive staff at every turn What stood out the most though - I left my favorite pair of shoes in my room. They're "just shoes" but they are very sentimental to me. After numerous calls to try to track them down I was placed in contact with Cole, the Director of Rooms and I'm pretty sure he turned over every square inch of that hotel to find the missing shoes. He called me all along the way and just when I thought they were gone forever he called with good news and shipped my shoes to my home. This type of service and attention is hard to come across these days. I am so grateful and look forward to my next stay at the Kimpton Harper hotel.

Initially my stay was good; nice hotel and friendly staff. But during the 2nd night of my stay the window began to leak during a storm. I tried to fix the broken window and then could no longer close the window, it was wide open during the storm. We had to switch rooms at about 1:00 am. When we switched rooms the bed was much smaller in the new room. Upon check out I asked to recieve some compensation for the inconvience in the middle of the night but the only thing they offered was $50 towards breakfast. I reluctantly accepted as we were not very hungry. Again, the hotel was nice but was very disappointed in how they handled this situation. Edit: Manager resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Gave me a free night voucher. I truly appreciate that they made things right. Would stay again.
