Location was close to shopping and restaurants and felt safe. The third room we had was good and clean although the smoke alarm was hanging. The first room the door did not lock . We requested a room change . That was done without a hassle but the bathroom light would not stay on so we requested another room again without a hassle. My advice check out the room when you check in to make sure everything is in operating order.

So this hotel is good overall ... But there are little things that suck. The rooms could definitely be cleaner. You can tell the housekeepers are lazy. No vending machines or in house shops for snacks/drinks. Little maintenance issues that they need to stay on top of. They do have a good breakfast though. The girl Trinity that works front desk is lazy and needs to learn how to be professional about her behavior and the way she speaks to guests. The overnight lady is sweet as ever. Very helpful and bright energy. Lacey who works the front will make your stay! She's so helpful, funny, and always making sure your having a good stay there. She seems to work super hard since I've never seen her just sitting around. She was always cleaning and doing stuff to improve things. The lobby always smells amazing and looks great when she's there. Coffee was good too. I do wish they were more alert to ppl smoking in the rooms because whoever was next to me kept smoking marijuana and the smell bothered me. Parking was great and the location is good too. Safe and lots of restaurants and shopping all around there. I would stay there again for sure but I would hope they improved on the housekeeping issues.

ZERO STARS! I booked my stay last minute on Friday night (technically Saturday morning) and when i got to the hotel 30 minutes later the desk worker told me i had been marked as a no show to which he told me he would have to book me a new stay if i wanted to stay there for the night. Why was i allowed to book a stay if they were just going to mark me as a no show immediately? The new reservation the desk worker booked me was for Saturday night staying in to Sunday morning. I never stayed there Saturday night! I was charged for a room that i was immediately marked as a no show for and then charged for a night that i never stayed and still have not heard from any management to help me with my situation.

I want to take a moment to recognize Trinity at La Quinta for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, Trinity was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the check-in process quick and smooth, and their positive attitude really stood out. Trinity went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about the guest experience, but Trinity definitely does. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made a big difference. Because of Trinity, my stay was much more enjoyable, and I would absolutely return to this location. Employees like Trinity are what set a place apart. Highly recommend! My stay at the La Quinta Inn & Suites (City View) Fort Worth was a very pleasant experience. I really liked the design of the room — it was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and even included a good-sized closet. The bathroom was extremely clean, and the glass-door shower was excellent and very relaxing after a long day. The room itself was spotless and ready for me even before check-in time, which I appreciated. While I didn’t have the city view I was hoping for, it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the stay. The hotel was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area.
