Nice motel. Elevators need to be cleaned and possibly updated. Staff were friendly and nice. Family members had a small issue with their bed not being clean on check in…but they changed rooms with no issues. Overall a good place to stay and reasonable. Nice pet area in the back. Nice pool and lobby. Good breakfast variety.

So, I will no longer be coming to this location. This location used to be in my go-to. I live elsewhere, but my jobs headquarters is based around this area. Occasionally I need to get a hotel for a day or two. I've always enjoyed La Quinta's and this is the location I usually stay at. I will no longer be coming to this location. Too much has built up intuitions just not worth it. Everything from shredded cheese left on the floor in front of the couch at they didn't bother vacuuming around to having to get a damn towel to wipe the tub because I know those long hairs that I am looking at are not mine. I'm bald. There's nothing like taking a shower and having someone else's long hair wrapped around your toes or on the wall where somehow it's goes down to your back into your crack. I've had to do this the last Tuesdays and I'm not going to do it again. There's also air conditioning issues that this location. One so immediately had to have the room changed out, twice, and went out on me after a few hours. It is not a necessity in this country to get a hotel room and wake up sweating on top of your sheets. I will not suffer that again at this location. I always request a tub and I do not say that hotels that have to shower only cuz I do not like sitting on the ground washing my feet properly. Nor am I young enough to balance on one foot in a shower without texture pads to properly clean my feet. Especially with a knee that isn't quite right. Normally I sit on the edge of the tub. However, this last time I was foolish enough to trust the safety bar they had in the shower which halfway came out on one side. I didn't notify the staff of this the next day as well as the ac. If it is not fixed, it is just absolutely management neglect. I did wretch my not-very-good knee because of this failing safety equipment. I will not return to this location.

This was the worst hotel. Nothing worked in my room. I advise the front desk staff, and I was fed nothing but lies about everything. I requested a bathtub but was placed in a room with a shower.And when I asked to be moved to another room, I was told there are no other rooms available.They were booked solid. But when I returned my key within a couple of hours and said I wanted a full refund, I was told I could be moved to another room. But I was just told a lie that there are no rooms available. My hotel room was not clean..there was a crack in the ceiling..holes in the curtains. It was the worst.

I checked into this La Qunita location and even made an extended stay. The next morning we woke up to bedbugs. We immediately canceled our remaining night stay and informed the front desk staff Edgar of the bed bug situation and asked for a refund. He said he could refund us for the remainder of our reservation because we cancelled before the 11am deadline but if we wanted the past nights refunded, we would need to contact management. I reached out to the manager as instructed and the manager stated no evidence of bed bugs were found. I offered to show evidence with the pictures and video to the manager but received no response back. Additionally, the manager seemed to have confused us with another client as they stated, “Even though no traces were found, we processed a refund for both your room and your daughter’s room as a gesture of goodwill.” I was staying with my husband in one room and not with this “daughter” in “additional rooms”. This leads me to believe management was confused. The manager also admits multiple people were affected so there were in fact multiple reports of bed bugs in different rooms. The hotel is obligated to provide a safe and clean environment for their merchants. We ended up having to move and stay at another Laquinta location due to not being able to stay at this one. This caused an immense amount of stress. We also had to clean and continue to monitor our household items that came into contact with the hotel; This caused more stress on top of that. Who knows what the long-term repercussions of this might be; we asked the hotel to provide the bare minimum of reconciliation at this point by refunding our stay but even that is providing very difficult.

What I’m about to write actually happened. So we arrived at the hotel and the first thing we noticed was the room had a bad smell. Therefore, my partner decided to spray the room with febreze. Then I went to use the restroom where there was black mold in the shower and crap stain on the toilet boil. I then proceeded to clean it myself. From there we noticed how thin the walls were we could hear people outside our room. Then of course the door peep hole has paper filled in it. From there we laid on the bed where “male produced liquid” was on the bed frame and yellow stain on the pillow case. I then spoke with the front desk person named Alex where he claimed that he was not able to offer us a refund nor a different room. Despite every single thing mentioned. Alex asked I could write my name and number down to hear back from the manager/owner of the hotel. It’s been over a month and still have not heard from him. We have not received any sort of compensation we have not received a return or anything of value. Not even a phone call back despite me calling 6 times only because I was told BY THE HOTEL to keep calling until the manager reached out to me. We left the hotel and did not stay. I have never had a bad experience at any hotel and this was the absolute worst. Please take your time and money to a Motel because that’s the standard here at this hotel. I wasted my money so please do not waste yours as the owner doesn’t have the slightest care about his customers.
