Very nice location. Accomodations are nice, but the 2 elevators are not enough to handle peak traffic. Water pressure is on the low side. Employees are very good, friendly and responsive. Fitness center, pools, and quick food service are shared with the adjacent Ocean Beach Club. If you are a timeshare owner the "VIP" check-in is a hassle. An extra layer of procedure at the adjacent Ocean Beach Club for the owner which significantly delays check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The room, property, and pool were all clean and well maintained. Staff was responsive and helpful. Our partial ocean view room was pretty much full view. The parking garage is an easy walk, about a block and a half away. I can see how the parking situation could be difficult for those with mobility issues. There is construction going on near the hotel that can be loud during the day, though, this is not something the hotel can fix. The location was PERFECT. Right on the strip, easy access to shopping and tons of food options. The beach has a playground and athletic gym set up for those with families. We will be returning!

Prefer lower access tubs and shower. Need more safety bars in shower and right now nothing to hold onto and slippery tub bottom. Despite that, room set was wonderful, elegant layout, great service. Highly recommend this Hilton resort!

This place is beautiful. Super clean, Super friendly staff, Right on the water. It has a total of 4 pools with 2 being outside and one of them is heated. Great ocean views. I highly recommend this place. "We went back this time next door at the ocean club. They gave us a handicapped room, No big deal but im 6'2" and all the appliances and counters are super low. The room had just been painted and the paint smell was awful, not to mention all the dust in the ac vents and filters. I have a lung disease so this was very unpleasant for me to say the least. My fiance and I both told the front desk on multiple occasions, The only thing they seemed to car about was asking if we got our trash barrel that we didn't have when we arrived. Im not impressed at all. This has no reflection on there sister resort next door. That place is top notch. This place well it needs more then a remodel.

The pictures online definitely don’t do this place justice, it’s beautiful. The views are gorgeous, the rooms are really nice, the suits have two bathrooms, the location is on the beach and then across the street from restaurants. The only gripe I have is that if you’re staying on the second floor, that’s also doubling as the service floor, which for how much you pay for a suite is not cool. The other is that there isn’t a convenience store immediately in the area, but it’s only a 10 minute walk and a very quick drive, not that that’s the hotels fault. Overall, very nice. But the service floor being on the same floor as some of the suites is a choice.
