I wanted to give a special shoutout to Tonny at the front desk. Tonny was professional, very well-mannered and, extremely well-dressed. Not only was he kind and welcoming, but he also took the time to help answer some travel questions I had, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in helping guests the way he did. Thank you, Tonny, for going the extra mile and making my experience better. Wishing you all the best, you truly deserve the recognition!

It's located in downtown Milwaukee. The customer service here is excellent. The rooms are gorgeous. But the walls are super thin, but it's a hotel. Your in walking distance from literally everything. Or if you drove, like I did, there is a lot of options for entertainment and shopping within 20 minutes. Chicago is 2 hours away.

Love the location and planned to be a repeat guest! However,I had an issue with the front desk. She seemed unsure of daily service (thought it was 3 days only). Housekeeping confirmed daily service is available. I appreciate the hotel's location and look forward to future stays, hoping for smoother communication next time. I requesting a correction to my final folio for my stay and have yet to hear anything from Cambria Management. I was also ticketed even though I was authorized to park. Sent a email and have yet to hear back concerning this issue.

Nicely appointed hotel. Traffic noise is a bit loud for sleeping. Rooms are spacious. Bedding is nice. Would definitely come back. Parked in an adjacent lot through SpotHero for $10 a night.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this stay really missed the mark and I wish someone had warned me. I stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Milwaukee with my kids for a quick overnight trip. At check-in, we were clearly told breakfast was complimentary. The next morning we went downstairs in search of breakfast and found a nearly empty lobby, a dim corner with very sparse food, no cups for drinks, styrofoam plates with plastic forks, no spoons to be found, and no staff around to help. After we had been down there for a matter of time looking around, I served the kids pre-packaged cereal and cold eggs and made myself a lukewarm coffee. It was only then that a staff member (chef?) finally appeared to ask for vouchers. I explained we had been told it was complimentary. He said he would “let it go”, but then we were approached by another staff member and told a charge of $51 was placed to our room. The staff member refused to remove the charges, and made it clear it really didn’t matter what happened - she was charging us no matter what. We were told to “contact corporate”, that “meals are never free at Cambria”, and that nothing would be done even if we did contact corporate. My kids thought they did something wrong and then didn’t want to eat. Overall, this felt very confusing, inhospitable, and upsetting. I'll also note that the hotel felt strangely empty and understaffed, with one overwhelmed employee trying to handle everything. There were no towels at the pool, and we had to ask multiple times for an extra blanket for the room. The hotel is located adjacent to the expressway. Our room faced the highway and was incredibly loud all night (not exactly ideal when you’re traveling with kids and hoping to get some sleep). Milwaukee has so many wonderful hotels and great breakfast spots. If I had known breakfast wasn’t included (and that service would be this inflexible), I would have gladly stayed somewhere else and supported a local restaurant instead. This was supposed to be a fun overnight with my kids and it ended on a frustrating note. We love this city, but we’ll never return to this hotel (and honestly, I’ll probably avoid the Cambria/Choice brand in the future). There are far better options in Milwaukee. I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel!
