"I have been at less accommodating hotels with cleaner rooms", a remark I told myself recently staying here after a few weeks across different rooms. Service is good so far, but the hotel is in disrepair on top of dirty floors and surfaces. I think 2 stars is an appropriate rating for this hotel currently because it provides affordable rooms and guest services, but I've definitely been at better 2 star hotels with the same accomodations and cleaner rooms. Overall, definitely been at worse and overall this place seems safer than most hotels in the area due to its location and staffing. I have stayed in three rooms over three weeks here and hope to update with better remarks shortly as they have informed me they are addressing all of these issues to the best of their capabilities. I will be uploading the rest of my photos from my stay also during that time. I lowered location down 1 because of it being so close to the airport, loud airplane noise occurs frequently if that bothers you.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! The first room we were in, my husband sat on the bed and at sank almost to the floor. The pull out bed was trashed, torn, stained and gross! No clean sheets, etc. I will attach pictures. We were moved to another room SLIGHTLY better. No clean sheets, sticky floor, terrible smell, no soap in the room at all. The bed was horrible. Breakfast was hardly anything and not good at all. I called to request a refund and was told because I booked through Expedia, there was no way for them to refund me. I know this is a lie because I have been refunded by a hotel I booked through Expedia before. Instead, I was offered a complimentary stay…like I would want to go back there for any reason?

Upon arrival there was no where to park the lobby was filthy the elevator was broke so we had to walk with all of our items. When I got to the room the room was filthy there was so much hair in the tub the toilet had poop stuck to it and the mirrors were filthy everything was nasty the tv was broke the pool is filthy there was no working ice machines on no floor but the first floor and mind you I had a room on the 3rd floor with no working elevator this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at or visited please keep yall money don’t go there! I was there January 30th never again

Terrible!! The hallways and rooms smell awful!! The tvs don’t work my friend had to ask for a tv that actually worked there was literally 30 kids in the pool for hours that were left with no supervision screaming and literally jumping on me and my kids to the point we had to leave and could not swim… random people just sitting in the hallways running around screaming sheets were dirty the room was noticeably dirty ! People smoking weed outside the hotel manger was very nice inland I feel bad he has to work in such a terrible place… the toilet had burnt marks on the seat.. it was so bad we had no choice but to leave the hotel please don’t waste your money here!

Butler up buttercup turn around don't stay. We moved to this location after not having trailer parking for us like they said they the 2 calls prior. I am a choice privileges diamond member was not recognized first night was fair except for the sticky floor, Friday morning asked them to clean or floor whole we were gone, spots were not as bad when we got back but socks were sticky when you took them off. Friday night the Marijuana sell was so bad I had hard time sleeping. Saturday night when we got back to hotel loks of kids in the pool and birthday balloons and decorations on door across and down from us, around 930 10 call downstairs to complain about the sound music nothing was done about it. Waited about hour then went downstairs lady at desk said she could do nothing about it. Music and running the halls was still going on at 2am made for a long day with very little sleep and having to work a event. Checked out Sunday and moved to differnt hotel instead of stay as previous planed. Very uncaring staff. Would avoid at all cost pay a little extra for place that enforce quite hours and the no smoking.
