Will welcomed me the moment I walked through the door, the place is absolutely clean and spacious. The only thing I had an issue with was my ac made alot of noise so it was a bit hard to sleep. Other than that the restaurant on the bottom floor had amazing fish and chip. Who ever made the tartar sauce did an absolutely amazing job. Its almost 4 days since I had the tartar sauce and im still thinking about it. Loved the stay, location, convenient, would stay again in the future but different room. I stayed on the 6th floor but I don't remember the room number.

When choosing a hotel, we had three main priorities: free parking, a continental breakfast, and strong reviews. After researching several options, Four Points by Sheraton seemed like the best fit and ultimately became our choice. The positives: the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and there was plenty of free parking available, which was a huge plus. Unfortunately, there were a couple of disappointments. The biggest was that breakfast was not complimentary as advertised, which was one of the primary reasons we selected this hotel. Additionally, late one evening we found ourselves in need of fresh towels and toilet paper. The front desk employee was helpful and did what he could, but he explained that housekeeping had already gone home and he did not have access to the housekeeping closets. As a result, we were given a tissue box to use as toilet paper along with a bath mat and hand towel instead of full sized replacement towels. Overall, the hotel met some of our expectations, particularly with cleanliness and parking, but the breakfast confusion and inability to access basic guest supplies after hours left us disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was very clean, and well-furnished. The hotel is located in a quiet area. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a sauna along with the hot tub and nice sized pool. The breakfast was so much better than the typical continental breakfast, but you do have to pay $14.95 unless 6pay a few extra dollars at time of booking for the vouchers. Definitely worth it! The only thing was the neighbors were very noisy, but that is not the fault of the hotel staff. We definitely recommend this place.

The location wasn't ideal. Not really near anything. The real problem was the room. It was so dark. Not enough lamps or light. It was so frustrating getting dressed. There was no mirror outside of the one bathroom mirror. Nothing to put our luggage on. The fridge wasn't really cold and the coffee maker was in an awkward spot. Most hotels have coffee available in the lobby. This hotel does not.

Bring some lights/lamp for your room because it's very dim lit. Had to drag the ironing board into the bathroom to see to iron my clothes. Bathroom wallpaper unglued and about to come down. But the worst is the shower ( see photos). And do not be fooled by exterior pictures. Very run down, grass was knee-high and grounds unkept. Pool empty--no water. Had I seen the real condition would not have stayed here. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and the food was good!
