Let me start with the positives- the person who greeted us when we arrived was friendly and gave us an extra breakfast coupon which was kind. The bed was comfortable and they have a Keurig brewer which made a decent cup of coffee. We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and enjoyed our time there, we were shocked how neglected and dirty the hotel is. The hot tub has a green scummy tint. Neither treadmill worked. There were stains on the couch and chair in our room (the bed was the only place I was comfortable to sit down). The ice machine on the second floor was not working with a faded sign that it was getting fixed. We took the stairwell down shortly after someone was smoking pot there and left their ashes on the floor. The breakfast did not look edible other than the few packaged items they had. I asked for an extra bath towel at the front desk as there were only two in the room and they said they did not have there. When we checked out, the elevator had a sign that it was out of order and we should us the one on the opposite end. We did not bring these to management's attention because we were there for a short stay. We will not be back and we will no longer trust IHG properties as this hotel has a 4 star review on Google and it clearly should be between one and two.

The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and remained helpful and courteous whenever I returned with questions. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were all empty. There were also no disposable drinking cups in the room, which is a standard amenity at most hotels. Signs said Icemaker on 2nd floor, I went only to find that icemaker on that floor didnt work with sign directing to use icemaker on 3rd floor. If ice maker is not going to be fixed then perhaps a sign in lobbby directing people to 3rd floor. The elevator was extremely noisy and could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was only lukewarm, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. We also paid $17 per person for the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, items were not replenished in a timely manner, and the selection was no better than what is typically offered as a complimentary hotel breakfast. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

It's been a hit or miss for us with this Holiday Inn. Unfortunately though this will be my last time staying here. The customer service was good, but there's a lot of work to improve here. We didnt have many towels when we first got to our room. Then, the pull out sofa's fitted sheet was dirty with a few pieces of dark hair on it. We did get new sheets for this. There also wasnt any sheets, pillows or blankets for this bed so we had to request them. Then, the room and hotel when we walked in smelled like marijuna. We did let the front staff know and they apologized, but this was very unfortunate and uncomfortable when me and my family including a toddler were trying to sleep. The pool was fine, but cold and the hot tub was just warm & appeared somewhat dirty. It was not relaxing like its supposed to be. The breakfast is no longer free so that's another unfortunate thing. Usually I am pretty forgiving but with all of these issues, I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it here unless things improve a lot. Again, the staff were super nice so cheers to that part. Thank you.

Pictures definitely better then seeing it in person. We stayed there during the president cup volleyball tournament. Service was fine and the rooms. The pool is super cold. Not heated. Our bathroom toilet bowl to flush was broken. Had to fix it myself. We stayed there 3 nights. They took a deposit for $100. Suppose to get it back. They charged me 2 times on my Chase. Had to call Chase to confirm. Called the hotel back and they looked “into it”. Waited for like week and half for nothing. I called back and they said well our management only sees 1 charge and your $100 deposit should be back into your account. I called Chase again. They said they see 2 charges and nothing about no deposit back. I filed a claim and now I gotta call back to the hotel to see where is that $100 bucks and I might have call Chase again to file a claim for that 🤷🏻. So I guess for the people of the world watch out!

The property smelled of Marijuana heavily at night. The breakfast was not stocked very well and messy. Not really worth the price. The rooms were clean, well stocked, and the beds and linens were clean and soft. The pool was very small and basic. The location was great. The bar staff was fantastic. The manager seemed to not want to help their very stressed employee at the desk who assigned another couple to our room at the same time.
