We pulled up and when we walked in front lobby( small) desk, 4 people behind it. They had an employee mopping small area while we check in. ( Showing they clean I guess) We drove around building, seemed real shady. Customers had little grills outside door, lawn chairs and seemed like transient or long term customers. Not very appealing. Parked in back, unloaded, then parked overnight if front by office. Lamp by bed, rusty and old. Cob webs in dirty corner by heater/ air conditioner. TV did not have signal. Maintenance came up, very nice, non English speaking Spanish male. No ladder , jumped up on top of dresser with nasty shoes. He did wipe off with his hands. Top of bed headboard, had tons of dust. Stain on bottom of comforter. Cigarette butts on balcony and balcony door locks were Jerry rigged. Non smoking was next to smoking. Lots of trash outside door you enter & leave . Shady and lack of cleaning.

Me and my family really love this place it's nice and clean.yiur getting a 5 Star experience at a low rate with customer service professional service clean rooms. I haven't had customer service like this in years. The staff is the determining factor they go above and beyond not one time every time. What else can you ask for. Oh the manager really made my morning by asking me how my morning was and was super nice and it's real.

overall - average hotel. wouldn’t stay here again. don’t like the smell of the hallways. bus service only operates from 3-6 pm and not ideal for people with no car. don’t like the vibe of this place. pros- comfortable beds, close to airport, mini fridge and microwave in each room, front desk customer service is decent. helped me store my luggage before check in. clean bedroom. cons- noisy. can hear the cars in the parking lot, and the guests upstairs wouldn’t stop arguing all day and could hear them shouting and stomping. hallways don’t smell clean, there is a smell. hallways need to be vacuumed. housekeepers are kind of annoying. told them i extended my stay twice for them to leave me alone. sketchy area. trash everywhere, bus line 55 only operates from 3-6 pm. nothing special about this place.

The general manager and Robert had great customer service. The room was clean the staffs were great. We really enjoyed our stay will be back and recommend to friends

The gentleman who checked me in was incredible. He made me feel great as a Gold member. The management is horrible though. I was informed that I would not be charged an incidental fee prior to my stay. I get to the property to find out other wise. I had an all points/free stay. The managers were heartless in understanding that I didn't have the funds currently for the fee. The first manager asked if I had $60, then if I had $40. The second manager said the fee could not be waived because the system wouldn't allow it. That's a lie. I've worked in hospitality for 15 years. I've used almost all systems including Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, OnQ etc. You can override the fee if you want to provide a great customer experience. No that shouldn't be done all the time but sometimes great customer service comes with those type of gestures. And if the fee couldn't be waived, why did the first manager offer varies $$ amounts? Anything could've been entered in. Plus, prior to speaking to them the agent already said he waived it for someone already last week and got in trouble, so he wanted to check with management. Oh, and they only charge this incidental hold for Milwaukee County residents. Then my tub wasn't clean properly and my towels had hair in them. And the WiFi signal is the worst. I lost connection every 5secs and I was connected to the Wyndham rewards WiFi. Overall, this property doesn't represent the Wyndham brand properly. I wouldn't recommend this place to a person I hate.
