First time staying. Felt warmly invited and attended to by staff . Check in was efficient. Nice lobby and snacks available. Room on 4th floor with nice view. Bed abit too soft for me but linens clean and comfortable. My only wish , that I would've loved and highly recommend are robes in the room. For the cost, you'd expect this. I liked the decor in room and building but the stickers in the elevator,no. I'm an artist ,but no on dirty stickers covering elevator walls, it cheapened the image totally. Everything about the room was fine. Great walking shower and gorgeous bathroom with plenty of hot water. I'd definitely stay here again. Please keep decent prices , as I see it's not worth 800. Which is today's cost Thank you !

Stayed here for just one evening so my college student daughter could have a peaceful night of rest/recovery away from roommates after an unplanned surgery. The manager was so kind and accommodating, even arranging an early checking for us. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy (I’m quite picky), and the rooftop bar/deck was really nice! Very walkable to great bars and restaurants, too. Hotel is a great value for the money. Would absolutely recommend!

Pros: - Friendly reception - Clean room - Very comfy bed Cons: - Very thin walls. I could hear the neighbor having a regular conversation - The shower water pressure and temperature is the same knob, so unless you want pipping hot water, prepare for a drizzle - The bathroom doesn’t have a door, it’s just a sliding cover over an opening, so you can hear everything. And I mean everything. And you would think that you can just put on the bathroom fan, but - There is no bathroom fan. You can’t mask the noise of anything - Shower head height is about 4 feet 2 inches of the floor, so if you’re tall, prepare to have an interesting time showering Overall, kinda trash experience, but i’ll give it 3 stars because it was a very comfy bed.

Overall, my stay was very positive and I want to start by acknowledging what the hotel did well. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were kind and professional. I also really enjoyed my morning tea at the breakfast bar — it was a small touch that made the stay feel relaxing and thoughtful. Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop restaurant did not match the rest of the stay. When my partner and I arrived dressed for dinner, we were greeted kindly by security, but then stood at the host stand for about five minutes without acknowledgment. There were no “seat yourself” signs, so we weren’t sure what to do. When someone finally approached us, the first question was, “Do you want to sit?” which felt a bit odd given we were clearly there for dinner. The hostess then seemed unsure where to seat us even though the restaurant was fairly empty around 8:30 pm. Many couples were seated at high-top tables under heat lamps, yet we were initially offered a table without one. I had to request a table with a heater, and once seated, the heat lamp wasn’t on. When it was finally adjusted, it fluctuated between too hot and too low, leaving us uncomfortable. The drinks (mango and strawberry lemonade) were underwhelming, with the syrups settled at the bottom and tasting like something easily made at home. The food was also disappointing — the street corn on pita was soggy and overly spicy, while both the shrimp and fish tacos lacked seasoning and flavor. We ultimately left still hungry and ordered food through Uber Eats. I also want to note that I understand the hotel and the rooftop Diablo restaurant operate as separate businesses. However, I was confused by the payment process. The restaurant still had my credit card on file — the same one I used at check-in — yet we were told we could not charge our meal to the room. Having the card already in their system while not being able to use room-charge privileges felt inconsistent and unclear. Additionally, while we were waiting, a waitress (Hispanic, shoulder-length blonde/honey-blonde hair) gave me a noticeable up-and-down look that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which impacted the overall experience. As a wedding planner and brand manager, my clients frequently ask me for hotel and restaurant recommendations in the valley. Because of the rooftop dining experience, this is not a property I would feel confident recommending at this time. In summary, the hotel stay itself was wonderful — clean, comfortable, and supported by a kind team — but the rooftop dining experience needs improvement in service attentiveness, clarity around payment processes, and overall food quality. I share this feedback in the spirit of helping strengthen what is otherwise a lovely property.

What an amazing property. African American Valet lady at check in was rude and lazy. Stood in the road talking to an Uber driver while I waited for her to acknowledge me and when she turned back to see if anyone was at the podium, she just turned back and continued talking. What a beautiful hotel. Bathrooms. Need a lot of attention. I would definitely say you need four valley attendance on Fridays and Saturdays because the lines to drop off your cars and to pick up your cars work were stupid to say the least. Other than that, cleanest hotel that I've stayed at and I stay at lots of properties. Bed was so amazing and water pressure was great. Keep up the good work!!!! I will be back.
