Just stayed here 5 nights for a convention. Within walking distance of many nightspots. The staff is really nice and helpful, even sweet. They have a great little convenience store-ette next to the front desk, with a very handy microwave. The free cooked breakfast selection is large - definitely something for everybody! Evenings you can catch a beer or wine or bottled margarita, and hot appetizers in the cafe area off the main entrance (these are purchased.) We'll definitely stay here for next year's convention!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn. The location was extremely convenient, making it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The hotel looks new, is very well maintained, and feels clean and welcoming throughout. The staff was consistently courteous and accommodating, especially impressive given that we were traveling with a large party of guests. The bar area was fantastic, with a great atmosphere, large TVs, and a café-style space that was perfect for enjoying a meal or getting some work done on a laptop. It really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Special shout-out to Gabrielle and Estefani for their exceptional service—they truly went above and beyond and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

A couple of issues I had staying here was that you either have to pay for parking somewhere else or you’re stuck like Chuck… They do not have any parking here at all. The room was nice and super clean and they even have mini fridges. The price of the room was not worth the view nor the fact that there were homeless people just laid out on the sidewalk… I’m not from Phoenix, but it was a real eyesore. Hopefully next time I visit, the experience will be better.

COZY HOTEL w/ a NEAT LOCATION! The Hampton Inn is smack in the middle of DT Phoenix. It’s about a 10 min walk away from the eateries and sports hub. Hampton has paid parking. Valet parking isn’t required but it’s inevitable if you want a seamless experience. Most of the valet guys were decent and brought our car out quickly. My bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. I thought the shower was nice and they had good conditioner! It was easy on my hair. The views in the room weren’t the greatest, but at least we could keep an eye on our car in the valet lot. I appreciate the free breakfast which includes eggs, waffles, sausage, fresh oatmeal and juices/coffee. Although the breakfast could’ve been more flavorful, I accepted it for what it was. The lobby has a small nook with snacks and drinks, I spotted a microwave and frozen food too! I love the convenience of this hotel. Overall, service was solid. Alan was AMAZING, he consistently checked in and ensured our stay was great. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The only grump was some lady working the breakfast counter, she had a very unpleasant attitude. Other than that, I’d recommend this location.

Easy bus ride from PHX once you find the bus stop. Close to ASU downtown campus and Rooselvelt Row. Nice variety on the complimentary hot and cold breakfast items. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free bottled water upon request.
