Hotel is great! Beds are comfy, staff is excellent, the pool and outdoor seating is great and Mach from the front desk was our favorite staff member. Me and my girlfriend just arrived from the Grand canyon and wanted to stay within walking distance of everything in old town. Mach gave us great recommendations on where to go and how to get there. We basically followed his suggestions the whole 4 days and he never disappointed. Scooters and golf carts are all super close and the hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything in old town.

This is the Professional Building nestled in the heart of the Government District offering generous office space. Santiago was effusive and welcoming at check-in, while service varied throughout my stay, with a delayed wait for valet - the overall experience remained pleasant. This location features the full line of Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners Herbal Renewal collection, functioning exactly as advertised with a lingering hint of eucalyptus. Stayed in for a cozy evening with a hearty, Texas-sized burger - classic and full of flavor served with thick-cut steak fries. Navaeh was an absolute delight, her warmth and cheerfulness a truly welcome comfort along the way!

A hotel very close to city center and the convention center. Plenty to do within a short walking distance with restaurants and bars. The room seemed like to was clean. Probably the biggest issue with the room was lightning. It was dark and no central lighting, just lamps on the room. As far as amenities, they have breakfast in the morning (extra money) bar in the lobby and bar on the roof. My other biggest issue is the lack of a pool. Phoenix Arizona... When we were there it was 90-105 and sunny and hot. No pool? That seems like a huge oversight when they built this place. Otherwise everything was good and if we were in the area again would consider stopping here again.

Rooms are clean* and nice size, unless you have a ton of bags. Mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom has shower only. No tub. Lighting in the room isn't great, but lamps can be moved around. Furniture and bathroom counter has small chips in the finish, but still nice. The building is very old; the upkeep must be difficult. Furnished chips were not a deal breaker. Parking was a challenge because it is downtown, about a 7 min walk to the Phoenix Convention Center. Prepayment for valet helped cut the cost about 30-40%. They will bring a small luggage cart but ve prepared to get your own luggage inside. There is a popular club/restaurant at the top of the building (we didn't go, so no review); this can slow down valet in the evening. Now...for the *- everything was very clean except a little popcorn in the chair. It wasn't visible until you sit in the chair and the cushion pulls away from the rest of the chair. Easy for housekeeping to miss. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

I had a nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The lobby was nice and welcoming. The gym was a highlight - it's big and well-equipped, perfect for getting a workout in. One thing to note is that they don't provide slippers, so pack your own comfy shoes for lounging around. Overall, a solid choice for downtown Phoenix - convenient location and plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable.
