I am shocked this place is so well-rated. The sheets had stains on them. The walls were grungy and the floors were dirty. There was no soap and no trash can. The metal slide lock on the door was missing. This was not even significantly cheaper than another motel in the area. Like another reviewer, I was told the hotel was full and I could not be moved even though the lot was 1/2 full. They called me and asked me to take down my review for a refund, and never refunded me. They will not pick up or return calls. This place is shady as hell. STAY AWAY.

Its not as bad as the other reviews say. No roaches or bedbugs as others stated. The room is as clean as can be. A stain on the blanket but the sheets are clean. This place is pretty cheap but truth be told its not as bad as I expected it to be. I might just stay another night here. The location is not the best but there is a pizza and chicken place i want to check out close by. If you want to save money this place aint too bad. The other reviews I read made it seem way worse.

I have traveled inside the country and outside the country. And this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff there is outstanding. The front desk went above and beyond to move me downstairs when my reservation was for upstairs. The maids will come in and clean your room, give you fresh linen, with a smile everytime. I feel safe walking outside because the staff makes sure There's nobody coming in and out that shouldn't off the streets. So if you want to know a good place in phoenix to stay, go to City Center Downtown Hotel.

The rooms are actually pretty nice. Staff are very nice. Good rates Very affordable. I’m actually comfortable and feel safe not a bad location. There’s a McDonald’s right next-door. The rooms are definitely cleaned well and taking care of. Definitely recommend if you’re just looking for a short day or a long day either way very comforting very nice

Most UNSAFE I’ve felt in my whole life, if I could give this zero stars I would. I have never in my life left a review especially not a bad one but this place is beyond words. There was exposed wires all over, what looked like could have been a camera pointed directly at the toilet, me and my partner had to take the bed sheets off the bed and put down our own blankets due to the hair and stains on the bed and ended up leaving about an hour later due to safety concerns, there was no drain cover for the bath and the curtains looked gross and almost molded on the bottom. There were bugs in the sink, the door lock was broken, the whole place was dirty like it hasent been cleaned in months and the pictures are not accurate at all. If I can advise at least one person to stay away I will be happy.
