DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEIFS AND WILL CHARGE WHATEVER THE WANT TO YOUR CARD. We stayed here May 11 for one night and checked out on time May 12. We are from out of town and needed something for one night. We were told we had a 15 dollar credit for the restaurant/bar downstairs. On the 11th at around 8 pm my husband and I went downstairs to have dinner and drinks. We paid CASH for our food and drinks. The bartender broke our hundred for change, the bill was around $50 dollars and we left a $10 tip. We mentioned having the 15 dollar credit for booking the room and he said to mention it after checking out. Their website advertised 119 for the room, after resort fees and taxes it should have been around 160 dollars, plus 120 deposit. We checked out on the 12. Waited about a week for our deposit, and hadn’t received that money back. So I called several times and every time they had an excuse to why we hadn’t received our room deposit for 120. Then we we were told we would only be receiving $80 because our food and drinks that we paid CASH for were charged to our room and taken out of our deposit! So the bartender took $50 as a tip and charged the bill to our room even though we had paid cash. It’s been over two weeks still haven’t received our deposit and the bartender took our cash for our bill and charged it to our deposit. We were charged 269 for a 160 dollar room. Ripped off for our dinner and out of our 120 deposit even though we left our room in immaculate condition! I tried multiple times to call and kept being told they were checking receipts and they would call back, I never received a single call. When calling again today they sent me to voicemail when asking for a manger and refused to answer my call, then I called again demanding to speak to a manager immediately, and they put me on a silent hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called again and this time they refused to put up the phone and refusing to solve this issue and deal with their unprofessional and thief of a bartender and hotel. This hotel is making money off of being THEIFS. I still have not recieved my refund of 120 and on top of my $50 dollar bill that was charged to my account when I paid cash, they said the would refund $30. Which I have no hopes for considering the amount of unprofessionalism that is this hotel. I do not recommend to anyone. My total charge was 269 for a 120 dollar room, 160 after resort fees. Never recieved my deposit back, and paid TWICE for my food. Once CASH and the second time that was charged to my deposit.

I have enjoyed my time at the Found:re so much that I’ll never stay at another Phoenix hotel again. As soon as I checked in, Steven, reminded me of what customer service actually looks like. He was kind and friendly and actually made the start of my stay refreshing. Then there’s the market staff, Crow and Isabella are so welcoming and kind. I haven’t even had to leave the hotel except to take my dog for a walk in the cool green grass with trees for shade, right next to the hotel. This is such a pet friendly neighborhood that makes you forget you’re in a desert. Last but not least, the rooms are the most unique I’ve seen and I travel more than most. I’m a new forever customer!

I really wanted to give this hotel a higher rating because the room itself was great, comfortable, cool, and overall very nice. But unfortunately, the parking situation completely ruined my stay. The hotel directed me to use a paid parking lot on-site. I paid $33 for what was labeled as “24-hour parking” around 4 PM, assuming that meant a full 24 hours. The next morning at around 11 AM, I came outside to find my rental car booted with a $120 removal fee. After looking at the receipt from the parking I paid for, I realized the so-called “24-hour parking” actually expired at 11:59 PM the same night (something that was NOT clearly explained). So I essentially paid $33 for only a few hours of parking. To make things worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, the parking company only allows appeals through email (no phone support), and while they agreed to refund the boot fee as a “one-time courtesy,” they refused to refund the parking charges (even though the system is was clearly malfunctioning and very misleading). I even paid another 33$ for parking the following day (hoping that the 24 hours would actually be honored this time...), but once again, I did not get the 24 hour parking. It instead gave me the WRONG date. Ridiculous. The front desk staff was polite, but ultimately the hotel pointed me back to the parking company, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. As a guest, I trusted the hotel’s parking recommendation and ended up dealing with a very expensive and stressful situation instead. I’ve included photos of: -The boot that was placed on the tire -Both parking receipts showing the times and charges -The location of the parking lot and sign that you scan to pay If this issue is addressed, I would absolutely reconsider this rating. But as it stands, I strongly recommend that future guests be extremely cautious with the parking setup here.

I have stayed here twice and found the entire staff on both occasions to be gracious & welcoming. From the valet, to the hotel front desk, to the bartenders & waiters at the restaurant on site, all staff had a great attitude making us want to stay longer! The 2nd time I stayed, I was lucky enough to get one of the Penthouse suites with a city view! Wow! Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $ to stay in one of these rooms! You will definitely impress your partner! Thanks again FoundRE & Match restaurant- I will be back!!!

What a fun, fabulous find! A good size hotel that has a boutique vibe. Art is their main focus featuring local artists. All work available for purchase. Room had an industrial NY loft feel which we really loved. Views from room were great. Historic brick church next door with downtown city lights in the distance. Bar and restaurant off the lobby. Vibe was lively and food was delicious. Great staff. A definite do over. Finding the entrance off the street and parking were the only minor struggle. Other than that, if you want something a little out of the ordinary but pristine clean and fun, this definitely fits the bill.
