This seems like it was once a very nice place, but it is obviously struggling. The pool was cloudy and a sickly shade of green, our window in our room had the outside pane of glass broken, some of the lotion/soap dispensers in the bathroom had been refilled with water or were empty, the guest laundry was out of order, the fitness center a/c wasn't working, and we spotted a leaking water pipe outside. The room was clean and recently remodeled, roomy, and well laid out. Linens were clean and plentiful in the bathroom. The room was quiet and comfortable. But the public areas are definitely starting to show signs of neglect. If you're just wanting a clean place to sleep on the way to the airport, this is a great place to stay. If you want to stay for a few days and use the amenities, maybe not.

Coming from Florida for my graduation, we booked here via Priceline. Front desk staff anytime was not very friendly or real professional. When we arrived front desk asked for additional money, a $100 deposit and $5 a day charge (explanation was suspicious and not included in Priceline). The day of my event, no water, front desk do not warn or share, so 2 hours before my event, I could not shower, shave but thankfully had a water bottle to brush my teeth. The pictures on their website does not look like the entrance or the rooms. One of our double beds was lower than the other. The drawer door to the microwave and fridge was lopsided. The pool and hot tub worked and were nice the evening we used it, it was quiet until a large amount of loud teen girls arrived. The hallways often smelled like weed. The continental breakfast had great choices but food was cold. Asked for late check out and the best they could do was 1 additional hour. A good thing about them was the 2 rides they provide for airport arrival and departure. If they fixed these things they would of had a better rate. This is a very nice hotel near the airport with airport transfers by UBER. So convenient. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was hearty with hot foods with eggs, potatoes and sausage plus waffles, yogurt, bread/bagels and cereal/oatmeal plus coffee and juices. Service was great and prompt. Everything was great. They had a pool and gym as well although we did not have time to use these.

I admit I was hesitant about this location after reading the reviews, but it was a good experience. Staff was genuinely nice and helpful. One staff member seemed like she did not want to be there but she was still nice and helpful. I get it, some days (most days) I don't want to be around people. I liked her lol Rooms - For the price the rooms are perfect. So what if it is not the "up to date" and the furniture has a little worn and tear. You are staying at a hotel to sleep or rest then go out on adventures. Location is great because it is near the airport, not far from Tempe or Phoenix. Breakfast WAS GREAT. OH MAN THE WAFFLES !!!!! OOOOO THE WAFFLES WERE SO SO WONDERFUL 😋 🔥

The room was clean and bed comfortable but the tub drain was nearly clogged. Breakfast was great! Desk attendants were very kind and helpful. Appreciated being able to use the scale in the fitness room to weigh our bag to be checked the next morning at the airport. Overall a nice stay!
