Convenient, quality hotel in downtown Phoenix. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Convention Center and Mortgage Matchup Arena and both were in easy walking distance. My room was very clean and well maintained. Front desk service was exceptional. My only knock on the hotel is that the atmosphere and menu at the lobby bar and restaurant were lacking. This was totally fine for my trip but I would choose a different hotel if a swanky lobby and bar were must-haves.

Overall, a very clean hotel that I would recommend. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Had breakfast downstairs a couple of mornings and it was clean, well stocked, and offered a variety of good options. Hotel is in the perfect location to get to any destination in Phoenix. Don't let the other reviews complaining about self parking fool you, it was only a block away and very easy and convenient to get to and back. I would stay here again!

This place was nice, rooms are nice and clean. Had no idea it had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. What I didn't like is all the outside noises of the city. The rooms/windows do not muffle the outside noises at all. Cars tires screeching in parking garage across the street. Garage trucks banging dumpsters at 4:30 AM, with backup beepers.

Nice sized rooms. Everything was clean. Like most hotels in the west they do not have body wash or shampoo so make sure you bring yours. Good location in downtown but far enough from ASU to not be super loud and crowded but short walk and you're there

Very nice hotel for a quick stay! Room was spacious and AC was perfect. Free breakfast as a Discoverist was nice. Only complaint was the water pressure, but not a big deal. Would stay again next time I find myself in PHX.
