After travelling 24 hours from Australia, I'm so glad that we chose to stay here! From the very beginning everyone was so kind and helpful. We called reception from the airport and they kindly talked us through how to order the shuttle. We were picked us up within 5 minutes and the driver was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had all the tips and tricks prepared to continue our travels the following day. When we arrived at reception we met Sade, she was so kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure that my grandma and I have the best stay possible. We really appreciated her positive energy and friendliness as she continued to help us throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I'll be recommending staying here to my friends and family! I'll definitely be staying here when passing through Phoenix in the future. Thank you again to Sade and the wonderful team.

Arrived after a cancelled flight and the staff was great!! Got my room quickly and with a smile. Great experience after a LONG day, thank you Hilton for always being a great destination.

Suites were nice and clean upon arrival. Did not care for the fact that the rooms are cleaned every other day especially since we stayed over 5 days. Also disappointed that the handicap parking is not monitored better. 623-203

The place is nice overall. We had dinner in the bar, and the bartender was extremely rilllude to multiple ccustomers. One customer asked if he could charge his drinks to his room. She told him yes, without even turning around to acknowledge which customer asked the question. When another customer asked for his bill, he charged it to his room because she thought it was he who asked the question. She then got rude with both guests. The bed was extremely uncomfortable for my liking.

I stayed here at this hotel in May and my experience with Antonia and Chrissy were amazing! I needed a place from home to call a home to prepare for my final exam for nursing school. These two made it an experience to remember! They were so kindhearted and treated me with so much respected, I will never forget them. Antonia was a God send because I screwed up on my dates that I needed for the reservation. Antonia did not turn me away but instead she assisted me and got be a room! Chrissy was wonderful to me because the manager Christine was nasty and rude to me due to an error that was a hotel issues not a customer issue. But Chrissy took control of the situation and made everything right. Due to Chrissy's customer service, I did not leave the hotel, and I finished out my stay. Sorry for the late review Antonia and Chrissy, I've just been so busy. Lastly, I just want to thank you two for everything and yes, I'm an RN 2026!
