I stayed here with my family and let me just tell you I enjoyed my stay! The rooms were so clean and the river ranch was so nice. The staff were great and made us feel welcome. We needed a microwave to our room and we had gotten an outstanding housemen Pablo H, he was so helpful and very nice and helped us every time we say him around our building! Overall the stay was great and we stay again!

We stayed here for a few days and it was awesome. The water park was a great place for family fun and food. It was a bit pricey for the food, but overall a good meal. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

It was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. My family and I were there for a WNBA game and a vacation, the pool was overall fine and clean but the room and food were horrible. My kids walked around our hotel room barefoot and the floor literally turned the bottom of their feet black. After that we started wearing shoes around our room. The AC was broken and it was flaming hot in our room it never got below 89 degrees, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close at all, there were piles of dust along all the baseboards. We found bugs in our sheets/bedding. We went to breakfast one morning and the hotel was doing renovations so (we found out later) that the food was all cooked in some makeshift food truck in the back of the restaurant. This wouldn't be a problem except the food was cold, and basically inedible. It all looked and tasted like it came from a package and was warmed up in a microwave. I also saw our waiter pick up a piece of bacon with his bare hands and put it back on the plate after it fell onto the tray. Then we were charged over $100 for this meal. Needless to say we wouldn't recommend this to our wost enemy. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This is one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed at. Our door has to literally be body slammed to open from the outside and from the inside you need two hands and full strength to open it. Housekeeping has never been by, and my guess is they can’t open the door. I told the girl at the desk in the lobby and she was rude and it did not seem like she actually did anything to follow up about it. The patio door does not actually lock either. It feels like if there was a fire we would burn alive in this room or be forced to jump from our balcony. The woman Jody at the pool bar/restaurant is extremely rude. She did not let me finish a single sentence before cutting me off with questions. The food in the lobby restaurant comes from somewhere not near the actual eating area and I am positive I was served food that had been sent back or made in error. It appeared burnt but was ice cold like it came from the refrigerator. The next one they gave me looked and tasted like it was microwaved. Save your money and do not come here. If I could check out today and get a refund I would in a heart beat but trying to speak to anyone here just ends with me frustrated as they all seem to not care about anything. I will never stay here again. Go to the Marriott. It is way better. Update. We finally got someone to look at the door around 4pm. They were grinding and filing it and it still would not open properly. The maintenance people said they had been working on the door the morning we checked in and it should not have been provided as the issue was not resolved. The gentleman at the front desk was so unhelpful behaving as if I was causing the issue with the door. We were never offered anything to accommodate us and instead he asked me in a nasty tone what I would like him to do. Like idk maybe provide a safe place to stay since we paid? We ended up checking out and while they did give us a refund, this experience has ensured I will never stay at a Hilton property ever again. Not a single person, other than the maintenance guys, was polite or helpful. We tried to get lunch while waiting for the door issue and they couldn’t provide burgers because they were frozen still. The fact that they charge a resort fee for this motel style place is absurd. The photos online were extremely deceiving.

The rooms look nicely renovated but the cleaning leaves something to be desired. The rug had a lot of stains. My son found the remote deep in the couch with some Cheerios. The white grout in the bathroom is not white, as it should be. There was melted water in the ice bucket. The water park was nice enough. However, there was vomit on the mini golf course. There's also an inordinate amount of construction happening, so the view off the patio was completely construction. Although it being a holiday weekend, I have feelings about paying $300 plus for a night for this hotel room.
