This is the second year we have stayed here. Its a nice hotel, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The pool is nice, but I wish they had some umbrellas for during the day. My biggest issue is in the double queen room you cant get to one side of the bed.

Great experience! Hotel was well located for my needs (15 minute walk from the State Court). Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was the usual, but good quality. Plenty of outlets/ports to charge electronics. A comfortable lobby with fresh coffee and hot water 24/7. A special bonus, which made my stay even better, was Alma at the front desk. Not only was she charming and polite, but she went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. Thank you, Alma! I’ll be back.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, especially Lauren at the front desk. Even though she was quite busy and managing the front desk on her own, she took the time to help me with my multiple, “high needs” requests and did so with kindness and grace. Her customer service was exemplary and it made me feel welcome. She’s a gem.

We had a great time staying at this location. We used the nearby parks for playing Frisbee and enjoyed walking by one of the iconic Carnegie libraries and a few historical locations nearby. The highlight was the complementary breakfast and the friendly staff including Jaqueline who went out of their way to make sure we could find everything and even pack up our leftovers for later. The hot tub and gym were great and I made use of the misc tables around the lobby for doing some work as well. The oranges they provided were exceptionally sweet too! The location is conveniently downtown and there does seem to be a homeless issue a short distance away though this isn't the hotel's issue and they do a good job make sure it doesn't disrupt the experience of the guests. Would stay again.

After my stay I am reviewing this hotel and giving it a 1 star. The service is great everyone is pleasant and welcoming. However, the room itself was disgusting. First I got there and the toilet was dirty and wouldn’t flush. I’ve asked everyday for full service and fresh bedding as there was and is hair in the bed (that does not belong to me), I’ve asked for the room to be cleaned and nothing was cleaned. Just fresh towels in which I wonder if those are even thoroughly clean. The location is decent however I do not suggest guest walk around outside of the hotel. I paid too much money to not get a simple full service at least once and a working clean toilet. The nightly cost is not worth it and I do not recommend others staying here.
