Our room was super small but cute and the layout practical. Keep in mind if coming for conventions they do not have fridges in the room. You can get a smaller one thst fits est 4 soda cans for any needed meds. Be kind to the staff since they do double duty on checking people in and the bsr in the morning hours. Breakfast was good but if you need coffee go to Ingos down the street. Overall a very pleasant stay

Great hotel. Check in was seamless. Had a really cute and unique room. Fantastic location! We were able to get out and walk around. They gave us a token for a free drink and my guest and I both thought it tasted like rubbing alcohol. The bed covers were also a bit thin. Overall would stay here again and maybe try a different drink.

Our room was super small but cozy and practical. No fridge but you can order one from the front desk that will fit about 4 soda cans. *Please be kind to the front desk, they are doing double duty with checkins/Outs and helping with the bar. Anything we needed they were on it.

We have frequently used Moxy Phoenix Downtown to accommodate event talent visiting for our productions. Unfortunately, during our most recent stay, one of our guests was treated in an unprofessional and concerning manner by front desk staff. No clear explanation was provided regarding what the issue was, and staff did not offer clarification when asked. Despite our ongoing use of this property, there was no apparent effort to communicate, resolve the situation, or de-escalate the interaction. The situation escalated unnecessarily and could have been handled with basic professionalism and transparency. Given that we regularly trust hotels to host our event talent, this experience has caused us to reconsider using this property in the future. We expect respectful treatment and clear communication, and unfortunately this stay did not meet those standards.

This hotel is very close to the arena as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are not huge but very well appointed and do just fine. The hotel has the cool vibe with a bar in the lobby as well as games. It reminds me of a cruise cabin with lots of hidden storage.
