I was genuinely impressed with my stay here. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff made a real difference, especially John, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. It's rare to find that level of hospitality these days. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The location is also very convenient, right off I-10, with several restaurants nearby and a small grocery store within walking distance if you need snacks or something quick to heat up. Overall, this was a pleasant stay, and I'd gladly come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient place with excellent service.

We didn’t have huge expectations for this hotel, so there also wasn’t any major disappointment. The room was clean, but definitely very worn out and in need of some updates. There were no unpleasant smells, and the AC actually worked surprisingly quietly for such an old unit, which we appreciated. One issue though, the sink drain was barely working. The water drained extremely slowly and it took around 20 minutes for it to fully go down.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was going to be an exceptional experience. The energy was welcoming, and it was clear right away that the hotel is well maintained and cared for. After coming from another hotel with fixture issues, no clean linens, no Wi-Fi, and no cable, we were exhausted and honestly discouraged — especially traveling from out of town — so the difference was night and day. As soon as we arrived, we were met with nothing but outstanding customer service. Mariana went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, and her manager, Isabel, was just as wonderful. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly made our stay special. Every interaction — from check-in to check-out — was filled with smiles and genuine hospitality. While the physical aesthetic is nice, what really stands out here is the service. That’s what makes this place shine. We would give five stars every single time and will absolutely stay here again. We stayed at Red Roof Plus in Phoenix West on February 14 for Lady Gaga’s Mayhem tour. The room was good, the place was clean, and the staff were helpful. It’s not a five star luxury hotel, but you definitely get what you pay for and everything was perfectly fine for our stay. The real reason I’m writing this review is because of what happened after we checked out. On February 15, we were already about eight hours into our road trip when I realized I had left my phone in the room. I immediately called the hotel and the staff were very kind and helpful. They told me they had my phone and that if I sent them a box with a prepaid shipping label, they would send it back to me. Since we were on a two week road trip, I had to wait until I got home to prepare everything. I mailed them the box and label, and today I received my phone safely back. I truly appreciate their help. Returning my phone was already beyond their basic responsibilities, especially taking the time to drop it off for shipping. That kind of after service really means a lot. Thank you again to the team at Red Roof Plus Phoenix West for going the extra mile.

Budget- friendly no-frills lodging. Free morning coffee in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of free parking. Put parking permit on dash. Easy access from exterior to proximity of room and parking. Elevator or stairs. Luggage carts available.
