We liked the suite with the door between rooms and the front desk staff were nice and helpful. The first room was a tiny single and its fridge was full of the last guest’s spoiled food. The second room had a dirty sock under the sofa, so their housekeeping protocols need improvement.

When I first got to the hotel everything was fine. They had a room ready for me because my flight had landed early. The hotel charged me. $100 holding fee. The receptionist at the front desk told that I would get the money back within 10 days after checkout. I checked out of that hotel on March 30th 2026. I have not received it yet. The room was fine except for the television. It kept losing signals on most of the channels that they had. I also didn't like the fact that there were no vending machines, so you had to go to the front desk to get your snacks. The worst thing is that a receptionist was using my card to pay for a life insurance policy. It was a different amount for all the days that I was there. March 26th-March 30th 2026. I know it was someone at the front desk because I used my PayPal account to pay for everything else.

Been staying at this hotel for the past few years when we visit family. Can’t be the location for food and walking entertainment. And from 2018-2024 it was a great hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms. A lot has changed since then. The receptionist won’t look at anyone when speaking with her and just sits on her cell phone scrolling. Rooms are very dirty and smell like rot and mildew. Whirlpool doesn’t work in pool area and the pool is not heated at all. Or they don’t have it on. WiFi drops continuously and will not allow a person to log back on for up to an hour. This establishment is not what it used to be. Sad

It is obvious that this is an older hotel. It is a great place to sleep when I am there for training I feel safe in that area and the service from the front desk is always exceptional. This was my second stay and when I got to the room that they had given to me I immediately started having problems with my allergies as I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I went to the desk and let them know and they quickly got me a different room.

I stay here often for work, the staff is amazing! So kind and helpful!’ The rooms are clean & the outdoor pool/lounge area is lovely. Great location with a ton of food and shopping options.
