Staff were wonderful. Great location. Spacious room with comfy beds and separate sitting room. Big shower/bathroom with good water pressure. Watch out for fridge - turn it all the way down or everything in it will freeze. The TV remote doesn't actually work with the TV - have to use the buttons on the back to turn it on/off and adjust volume; can only change channel with remote (this really annoyed my husband). Breakfast a little lacking compared to other free breakfasts (e.g. BW's) (eggs and bacon/sausage but no potatoes, oatmeal, some whole fruit, bread, waffle maker - yogurt machine didn't work when tried)... but it is free. Even though it's right by highway, freeway noise wasn't overwhelming at all, even kept windows open at night. Don't really hear neighbors to side when in room. Really nice patio area out back. Small pool.

Awesome hotel. Great rooms, excellent breakfast and a good location to restaurants, downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. Best of all was the staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Met Christopher (GM) and Janet who take the word “Guest” seriously. They set the bar high for the hotel and the staff works hard to earn your satisfaction. I traveled for thirty years for business before I retired. I have been accused by my wife for having too high a standard for hotels. OK, I agree with that and this hotel met my high level for a great hotel. We will stay here again on our next visit to Tucson.

It was a very nice one night stay for Easter Sunday with family. Grandkids really enjoyed the pool (eventhou it's a small pool, but they sure had fun) pool and Jacuzzi 😱👌😁. And free breakfast😋you can go wrong with this Hotel. Clean nice spacious rooms. The front desk very nice, kind and professional. Definitely doing this again any given day with these hot summer months coming our way😎😁👍

Wonderful location and great staff. Affordable, and has everything you need. I stayed 5 nights with my husband and daughter. It isn’t a 5 star hotel or anything but it’s a good home base while you’re on a trip and need a place to shower, sleep, and eat breakfast. I’d stay again

Located off I-10. Huge 3-floor hotel, very convenient to restaurants etc. Huge rooms, very comfortable, large breakfast area, outdoor patio. Fantastic use of keypad room locks instead of the keycards. Much more secure. 5stars The only negative thing I found is that my room faces I-10 and at 6am the truck traffic noise wouldn't let me sleep in. The next time I stay here, I'll ask for a room on the west side of the hotel. 1star Janet (front desk manager) replied nicely to my review. 5stars Christopher (GM) with housekeeping helped me set my clock. 5stars
