We were dead in our feet when we arrived, Jasmine the front desk attendant was extremely welcoming, and upgraded our room to a tower room. We ended up talking wit Jasmine for several minutes before heading upstairs. We ate at the Javelina, food was excellent and just the right size for dinner before bed. The staff were really great. The room was a little warm, but I didn't try to change the temperature..too tired! The room was nice, I just did not like the feather pillows, no support.but having 4 was nice. We had to get going early, and Jasmine was at the desk again to greet us. So we stopped to chat for a minute and she told me where to get ice, as the machine a On the 7th floor was out of order. Over all a great visit. I LIKE DT... Bc Cookies!! iykyk

I got in late with my husband and Jasmyn was awesome! Super friendly and funny, and we got great recommendations for dinner. Rooms were clean, everything was great! We will definitely stay here again the next time we pass through, and Jasmyn will be a memorable part of our trip!

I be making daily weekend trips to TUS and decided to spend the night as a Hilton honors member I chose this hotel and Royce took care of me fast and efficient service and he even gave me an upgraded room at no extra cost and it was a lot better and spacious got a nice view of the pool and mountains. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I’ll make this my go to hotel on my next visit. The front desk staff was also very kind too. I will recommend this hotel it’s close to UofA and downtown.

We reserved our stay here to spend the night during a 3 day roadtrip as a family unit. We originally had reserved elsewhere nearby but that hotel saw my notes that we are traveling with a baby and using Hilton points, moved our room assigned last minute after digital check-in. So, for a little bit more we reserved with Doubletree Reid Park after speaking with Hilton and my, am I glad. Of course its based on availability, but the hotel provided us a free upgrade. Throughout the trip, although the hotels are supposed to provide free upgrade to certain Hilton members, when they saw my notes of a baby we have not been given those accommodations ㅡ after days of traveling, the hotel's clean and spacious rooms were a place we settled to have the first deep sleep for the night. We were rejuvenated to head out and baby was happy. The hotel has a serene feel like a spa, the outdoor pool and garden are very clean as well. I was able to find the gym located by the pool and all equipments were in working order, clean, and bright for a nice quick workout. I will definitely recommend your stay at this establishment regardless if you are looking for: - solo, quiet stay - romantic getaway - nice stop between business trips or vacation They have plenty of room and all staff were helpful, polite, and professional during our stay

Nice hotel in central Tucson, convenient for the Tucson gem & mineral shows. Note, there are several negative reviews for this hotel, all of those are from the low rise attached "motel"; we stayed in the tower. Close free parking lot. Quick elevators, we were on floor 7. Very clean, roomy enough for a king bed, couch, coffee table and desk/work area. Pillows and bed very comfortable, typical of Hilton properties. Adequate storage, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker. No microwave in the room. Easy to adjust temperature, fan speed, etc., central HVAC, not a noisy window unit. Nice shower, hot water was almost instantaneous. Restaurants on property were good and very reasonable, especially for a hotel restaurant. Would stay here again.
