USA Soccer :] 4 months agoThey have really nice rooms, and everything looks clean and tidy. The hotel itself is quiet, which is nice. The beds are comfortable and the restroom looks very exquisite. The breakfast has big selections on foods, and there's a out door pool which looks very clean. They have really nice clean looking elevators as well. Everything was in order as expected. I did enjoy my stay here. Thanks!
Carisa Powers 2 weeks agoIt was difficult to find a hotel in Tucson with good reviews at a good price point. I read reviews and saw this hotel was getting better but they still have alot of work to do. We got to our room on the 6th floor and upon entering it smelled like someone had used the restroom. I looked in the toilet and there were remnants. Then I went to the counters and there were crumbs all over the counter. There was hair and pink mold in the shower. They moved us to another room and it smelled, but alot better. Again, hair in the shower and they hadn't cleaned the toilet well. The couch was worn and dirty. We used the bed in the couch and it had crumbs and hairs. The bedding for the couch did not smell clean. I just really wish hotels could do better. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was friendly.
Casey Gregory 2 weeks agoAmanda was the absolute kindest breakfast staff member I have ever met! She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made our morning better. You probably think I’m writing this because I’m a family member or friend, but I assure you I’m not. Amanda is simply that exceptional at what she does. Her kindness and positive attitude stood out and made a lasting impression on our stay. Thank you, Amanda, for going above and beyond!
Dawn Taylor a month agoThe first night was horrible, complained 3x to front desk about the jumping running above my room. Was told not to worry about the the snacks we were purchasing. (11$ total). Let that go and the noise was over around 3am. Then on the last night of my stay I had to move rooms. Mine and my 14 yrs safety was a concern and I worried about damage to a door (which in my opinion was tampered with as if someone had tried to get in) I think someone was attempting to break in and was probably an inside job and a part of the door broke. There was blood on the door by the handle. I didn't want to be charged for the door either. I showed and sent a video of the door. So the reception lady moved my room and said she could refund me for the night. She also specifically said there were no cameras to prove anything. I checked out at 3am (not 4:39 as documented on the check out that was emailed to me because the printer wasn't working). There was no credit for the room. So I called customer care they said they would reach out to the establishment and that if I didn't hear from them in 48 hrs to call them back and that they could clear up everything and they would help with conflict resolution, if the manager doesn't respond. Called back 48 hrs and they said that only the hotel manager could refund anything. I called the establishment and spoke to a manager who said they will not refund anything and will not charge me for the door? She then stated that there were cameras in the hall ways and that the reception never told me she would refund that night stay. It's my word against hers I guess. So BEWARE the security there is not tip top and the conflict resolution is not up to par. I guess I should have just called the police? But the front desk seemed to be sketchy too now that I think about it. The way she said there were no cameras was peculiar to me. (The one that was working that day that the situation happened).
Steven bain 4 months agoWent with a school group as a chaperone. The roomsxwere notcready as promised. 2 groups did not getvtheir room until late in the evening. They seemed in no hurry to get the rooms ready. Another lady's room was not ready either. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Omlettes were good, sausage rubbery, poor food selection
