Friendly check in and the rooms were nice and clean. The pool looked super nice. I really hope that they will hire security to monitor the property because we did not feel safe with the criminal activity that was everywhere on the property. Drugs, prostitution and homeless were all there during our short stay.

I stayed here to attend a concert at the Rialto. It was a great deal at half the price of the Hotel Congress & still quite close to the venue. I really love the vintage look of this place, with the neon sign and the cool chairs in the lobby. Location is very convenient and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It is also rather quiet and cozy especially for the downtown area. The room service food was awesome too. I'd definitely recommend this place.

First of all, RRI is not a luxury hotel but a basic clean, safe and affordable place to stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs if they’re able. I requested a single king on the first floor but none were available but a double bed room on the first floor was. I happily took it and thanked them for accommodating me. Housekeeping was excellent. Every night I returned, everything was in place and clean. RRI isn’t a place I’d stay if I brought my wife and family to Tucson on a vacation. On the other hand by myself and on a working stay, it’s a good value in my experience of many years of visiting here.

Totally the worst hotel that my wife and I have been in. Drug addicts everywhere. The cleanliness of the hotel was awful. Then they promoted continental breakfast which they didn't have. Worst coffee and service ever experienced. The front desk clerk was not to be found we had to go looking for him which he said he was 3 hours late for his shift. Then was quick to ask for a 100 dollar deposit for the room that was not up to quality. The sink in the bathroom leaked really bad. And the room had an ugly smell to it. Our vacation was not the experience we expected because my wife was scared to be on the property. This and always will be the worst experience we ever had. Not including the drug activity and illegal crime taking place right outside the door. Will not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

First off, I did not get a chance to take photos. The check in parking lot is tight. Modest check in desk. Staff was friendly during check in. My room was on second floor, which is well lit. Opening the door to the room shows 2 queen beds, charger port included lighting. Decent TV above dresser/ dorm fridge area. Beds comfy! Bathroom is updated, except for the shower head. It’s ok and has poor pressure. The extra vanity outside the bathroom is a cool feature. Over all, room was clean, pleasantly decorated, beds comfy, pillows are good. Outdoor POOL
