I had an amazing stay at Dream Hollywood while in town for work and a few events, and it honestly could not have been a better fit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Everyone made the experience feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. The room was super clean, modern, and beautifully designed, with incredible views that made the stay feel even more special. Everything felt well maintained and high quality, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was stylish without feeling overwhelming. One thing I really appreciated was how quick and smooth everything was, from check in to getting assistance whenever needed. The pricing was also surprisingly affordable for the location and overall experience, especially being in West Hollywood. The room service was also really good and surprisingly quick. I loved how easy it was to order directly from the QR code in the room since it made the whole process simple and convenient after long work days and events. The lobby also had chocolate chip cookies out during my stay, and they were honestly so good. It was such a simple touch but made the experience feel even more welcoming. Whether you’re visiting for work, events, or just a fun trip to LA, this place is perfect. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Dream. Reception staff were great, happy to help with anything, Liked that they had robots to send our food orders up. Was really impressed with our service at the rooftop restaurant, particularly with the lady with brown hair (forgot her name!) she was amazing and definitely apart of the reason our stay was so great. food and drinks were always spot on as well, views from the restaurant were amazing also, great view of the Hollywood sign. Room was great, balcony was nice. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and spacious. They’re really good at replacing the sheets and vacuuming the carpet. The vents were clean and spotless which I greatly appreciated. As someone who’s allergic to dust mites, I never woke up with a stuffy nose nor sneezed incessantly while my stay here as oppose to the many other hotels. We arrived to the hotel near midnight. The only guy at the counter dressed in a casual colorful outfit haphazardly checked us in without offering us any bottles of water and information about the restaurant nor amenities. During the day, I noticed some of the employees seem to be less friendly with certain people while others are very clearly over their job altogether. Not sure if that’s just the culture for LA but I’ve definitely had better hotel services in the surrounding cities. The location is awful if you value your sleep. However, if you’re here to party it up, this hotel is for you. The hotel is right next door to a night club that is so loud to can feel the vibration until 2am. We were on the 8th floor so that was impressive. The hotel is convenient for walking. It’s technically a 10-minute walk to Koreatown and plenty of nearby restaurants. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again but really enjoyed how clean they were.

Very nice and comfortable room. Did have loud music from the club next to us, but we honestly enjoyed getting to “go clubbing” without having to leave our room. They did provide ear plugs for those who wouldn’t have appreciated the noise. A great night sleep otherwise before flying home.

Definitely the type of hotel that you come to HOLLYWOOD for... it has the vibe and ambiance you would come to expect in the land of movies, celebs, and the Mega-Star Lifestyle. Their service and people are always top notch. Definitely an experience everyone should have at least once in their life.
