This hotel is just okay. Go here for the convenient shuttle and proximity to the airport, but that's about it. The lobby was immaculate, but things change quickly when you get into the rooms. Rooms were extremely dated and need significant renovation/repair. There was hair in both bathrooms (we had two rooms). The plumbing fixtures were rusty/corroded. Thermostat didn't cool the room well and it felt muggy. The continental breakfast is poor quality and crazy expensive considering what you're getting. Either lower the price or improve the food - the two are not on the same page. The shuttle was extremely convenient and timely. Zero complaints there and if all you need is a place to sleep with easy transport to the airport, I guess this will work fine. But there's got to be another convenient hotel shuttle with better rooms than this.

Shuttle every 30 min to the airport and back was nice. Rooms are nice too. The beds were so comfortable. Overnight parking is like $60+/night so not ideal. Also you have to pay extra for in-out privileges. The vending machine (3rd floor) for drinks only takes 1$ bills.

Great location with amenities nearby such as a couple of coffee shops, a burger place and within driving distance or if you are up for walking, shopping and more food options. This hotel is an older one but has been renovated and still undergoing some more upgrades. It is extremely safe, but the layout is like a maze and can be confusing. My only qualms were the bathtub didn't drain well and the placement of electrical outlets. Plus there are no in room safes but that's not a deal breaker. The planes take off and land throughout the night but it didn't keep me up. This is primarily a hotel for late night/early morning travelers, pilots, flight attendants so the lobby will be busy constantly with activity, thus adding to the safe element. I do advise against venturing on foot late at night in the immediate area of the property, especially around the vicinity of the two gas stations. Overall, a good experience and will probably stay again. Oh, and for the shower, you can't just move the handle to turn it on. You have to pull it out from the fixture, or towards you if you are standing in the tub. I had to call the desk as I thought there was no water in the shower. Some instructions would be helpful.

I would have given this stars however there were a couple of concerns. Vallet, Check In, and Baggage assistance were amazing. I felt appreciated 👏. I noticed when I got to my room that there were clothes in one of the drawers. I called front desk and sent security quickly. There were a couple of snags and marks on the comforter. Everything was pristine. I was on the 5th floor next to the elevators but didnt hear them at all +. However I didnt receive a map of the hotel so I went exploring... The pool and gym on 3rd floor but once that sun went down it was cold outside... it would have been a cold wet walk back to my room. 😀 If I had any questions the staff answered quickly and professionally. The Conference room was amazingly set up and coffee was delicious. When checking out there was a miss commincation regarding Vallet. Since I used my points for the registration they said everything was covered and said all I needed was to check in at Vallet. I drive a Ram 1500 truck and because of tight parking I had to Valet.. checked in at Vallet and gave them the discount ticket from convention and was informed that front desk already charged me $86.50... THey issued me a credit $34.75 that would appear on credit card 3-5 days later. I told the vallet attendant why there was a delay because my truck was right up front. He went tracking the runner. It would have been more efficient if they had a walkie talkie system in place.. FInally got my truck keys and departed. It was a good stay overall and with minor hiccups. Will I stay there in the future?? Only if next years convention is there. The staff that I dealt with directly were amazing...

I took the airport shuttle provided by Hilton. The driver was super friendly. He helped with everyone’s luggage up the shuttle stairs. The hotel staff were super friendly as well. The room was clean + really big. I reserved a room with runway view. Mine was on the 7th floor so I couldn’t see the runway well. I could see a little bit but that’s it. So I was a bit disappointed.
