I’ve never left a review for anything in my life. However, my room at the Hollywood Hotel was so noticeably not as advertised, that I have to warn people what they’re actually getting into. First of all, I will say the staff is super kind, and the pool area (minus the noise from constant traffic) is decent. Now onto the room itself - upon arrival, I noticed there was leftover food in the room fridge, pubes on the bathroom floor, and a makeup stain on the wall (which I honestly thought was human excrement). Looking into the room itself vs the photos online, the room in person is NOT as advertised in the slightest. The floors and walls are completely different, the bathroom legitimately does not exist in this hotel, and even though the photos looked nice with a clothing rack and a robe, there was no robe at all. Plus the cabinet where they house the microwave and fridge had a broken hinge and was obviously in need of replacement. I had breakfast there the first day because of some tight meetings. I paid $34 for the most disgusting looking piece of avocado toast, an egg, and a latte. I was so shocked at the price but ended up paying since I thought it might end up being a nice meal - but it was some premade salsa over one single piece of toast. I travel for work extensively, I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels from 2 star to 5 star, and I’ve never seen such a blatant lie in terms of representing the hotel visually. If they took photos of the actual rooms and listed those online, I would not be leaving this review. Check out the photos for the blatant discrepancies and lies.

Genuinely the worst hotel ive ever stay at and ive travel plenty. We booked for 2 nights non refundable we didnt even stay for the 2nd night. The hall monitor infront whos so serious about his job didnt even ask us why we were leaving when we told him “oh we’re supposed to stay tonight but were gonna stay at another hotel” he didnt even ask why? Couldnt care less or ask why we rather lose out on our money then stay. The guy at the front desk is so rude and condescending . Has people pay 42$ per day to park there. Makes no sense why not include that in the initial fee? Also no room service and no breakfast included. A mess. Then i call to ask if theres any food near by because I see on there website they have a route 66 restaurant and the same front desk worker from yesterday is like “ oh thats underconstruction its not open yet” .. so why is it on the website if its not open yet? This place had nothing and the guy at the front desk still tried to charge us to park again while were leaving like sir were leavinggg. Never again i do not recommend. Also i know the owner is gonna respond to my review as he does everyones and the man is clearly lying in his responses.

Google Maps says this place is a 4 star hotel. Booking said the breakfast was included . I would rate this place a 2-3 star hotel. Rooms and hallways seem old. The elevators stink and are extremely slow and only work half the time. We eventually just used the stairs. When we arrived the toilet was very dirty we told the receptionist next morning and asked to have it cleaned. When we came back that evening it was still the same. As for the breakfast we paid $42 for slow service and food that was no better than Holiday Inns free breakfast. Parking is also around $40 a night.

Hi, we just got married in Vegas, we were on the road because we did a road trip to LA When we got to la we wanted to relax and were met with a box spring bed with a mattress topper not even 1/2 IN thick on top. We made the most of it that night because we got in late. The next day we decided to go and take a shower/bath and the water does not get hot at all. The bathtub leaks even if you try to take a shower. And it’s cold, The bathroom has caulking over mold. The sides of the mirrors in the bathrooms are rusted and the light switch barely works. And there’s mold on top of the ceilings wallpaper. The door looks beat up and the whole bathroom gives a creepy vibe. I talked to the front desk both nights and was told they can’t do anything because they are fully booked. Hopefully that can be fixed That sucks that we have to stay in a hotel that is more like a rundown motel. It looks luxurious on the pictures but isn’t. MICHAEL AT THE FRONT DESK WAS SO WONDERFUL. He was great.

Pool area is great, super comfy loungers.. but pool is not heated. Front desk gave great recommendations for dinner, Saddleranch Chop! Room is of average standard, can hear a lot of road noise and we have a pillar in the middle of our room. Free TV is terrible. Not a great location, feels unsafe to walk outside the hotel.
