Needed a place to stay since I was sent here for a specialist. It is literally right there next to hospital. I could walk to my appt. The room was very clean. Had everything you would need. I didnt check the drawers. But theres dishes and what not. Great size fridge. 2 beds. Super comfy. Stove. Couch was a pullout. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby clean. Elevators clean. Free breakfast. Mini store store inside. Even a little food/bar in lobby. My driver and I were literally only there to sleep and exit out in am. If you need a few days this is perfect. My only complaint is having to pay for parking and the room was pricey. They said they put my patient discount but they did not. I only ever need the room to sleep and driver to rest due to the long hours drive to get here, I dont get in till after 9pm and check out by 7. So It was a shock to spend $250. other than that very very nice. Im used to staying in cheap hotels lol also theres a dunkin donuts and Chipotle like right there.

We booked for April 6-8, 2026. We arrived in the evening, and the internet shut down. They couldn't give us a card to enter our room or use for the elevator. They wanted us to call the front desk if we needed them. It was as if we were locked out of our room. The bedrooms are spacious with a kitchenette, but it's too loud with the train and furnace/air-conditioning during the nighttime. The breakfast is great, and the people who work there are above and beyond. They need to put more laundry services on every floor rather than having to go to another floor. They need to put cameras in the hallway on every floor for better security. Overall, we experienced what LA is like.

Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is occasional noise from train horns now and then. However, it is not going to ruin your stay. It is simply something to be aware of during your stay. They offer a nice breakfast with plenty of seating in the lobby. Perfect spot to stay if you are needing close access to Keck USC.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with easy access to many Los Angeles attractions, which made our plans much easier. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, there were different options each day, which was a great way to start our mornings before heading out. Overall, a great experience and a solid choice if you’re planning to explore both LA and Disneyland.

This review is about one specific staff member who provided extremely poor service and was both arrogant and rude. I don’t know his name, but this occurred around 5 PM on November 29th. After our stay at the Hyatt, we realized we had accidentally left our son’s jacket behind. When we called the next day, we were informed that it had been found and we could come pick it up. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the person at the front desk was extremely rude. He said there was no record in the lost-and-found log and behaved as if we were inconveniencing him. He made no effort to get up, check, or help in any way, and his tone was dismissive and insulting. We waited for about 15 minutes until another employee came by and retrieved the jacket within one minute. The first staff member did not apologize or acknowledge his mistake at all. This was a very disappointing experience and not what we expect from Hyatt.
