I've stayed here twice in the past few months and it was great both times. I don't spend a lot of time at a hotel, I just need a place to sleep and take a shower and this place is perfect. The rooms are nice and a good size. The staff has been pleasant. The area seems safe and walkable, public transportation is close. I didn't drive either time so I don't know about the parking. The lobby is here is REALLY cool; its big and art deco like this used to be an apartment building. It think this place is great.

Good location walking distance to metro Good restaurants nearby especially the Taiwan restaurant just next door. NO LIFT, have to carry own luggage upstairs and downstairs. No security guard, use password pin to open gate. Daily housekeeping only change towels and clear trash. Smart TV samsung have to use own samsung phone to control else only can watch the normal TV programme. Room spacious and clean but no luggage rack so have to lay on the floor. Fan dirty, aircon powerful not able to set the temperature u want, super cold. Overall good value.

there was no hot water at all for showering. no blankets were provided so me and my friends had to use sheets as our blankets. also i got mites (bugs) from here... itched for weeks with bites all over my body so I had to laundry / disinfectant everything. also there is no receptionist

The double bed was a bit small. There was a fan and a microwave in the room, making it convenient for heating up food. The bathroom faucet couldn't be removed to rinse; it sprayed all over. The soundproofing was terrible. I could clearly hear what the neighbors were saying, including what country they were speaking. It was quiet at night, but a bit dark. I had to carry my luggage upstairs.

I first of all want to say the room was gorgeous, very clean, and an excellent price. The woman who led me to the room and showed me around was sweet, made me feel at home. I took a while to figure out the remote controls for the TV. A guide may help future guests. My only issue with the experience was the fact that over the night, no staff is present. They will tell you to call a number on a sign if there's issues. I couldn't get good sleep, people were loud at 11 o'clock at night, woke me at 4am and 7am. And I was wearing earplugs. Without staff present, I feel people get all too comfortable and don't respect others.
