I stayed at this hotel from Feb 27th to March 3rd. My main complaint is that after our stay, the receptionist refused to return my $100 cash deposit, claiming our room smelled like weed and threatening to charge an additional $150 to my card. At no time did we smoke inside the room—my girlfriend and I always smoked outside in the balcony hallways, as did other guests. When my girlfriend tried to check out, the receptionist delayed the process, saying we needed to return the key cards and wait for the person who booked the room. When I arrived for the deposit, I was confronted about the alleged smell. I denied smoking inside, but the receptionist accused me of being abusive to my girlfriend, which both of us said was untrue. She threatened to call the police, but never did, so I called them myself. The officers later told me there might be a $150 charge due to the smell, but I still never got my $100 deposit back. This delay caused me to miss my flight, forcing me to wait at the airport all day for a new flight. I want to emphasize that, aside from this incident, the rest of the staff—especially Rocio from housekeeping—was great. However, this experience left a negative impression. Being accused without evidence and losing my deposit ruined what had otherwise been a good stay, and I would not return to this hotel or recommend Los Angeles based on this experience.

I made a reservation through Agoda for March 21–25 and requested cancellation on March 13, within the free cancellation period (until March 15). The hotel ignored my request until after the deadline and then tried to charge a cancellation fee. This is completely unacceptable. Even after contacting Agoda customer service, the hotel remained unresponsive. I was essentially forced to stay at this hotel due to their lack of communication. The room was average, but the noise was unbearable. I could hear everything from the next room, and even footsteps felt like an earthquake. It was impossible to rest. Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

we stay couple times a year and rooms are decent and clean and all services are consistent and good. the location is close to a busy street but very convenient for us and not too noisy. not much variation in breakfasts but they are good and we will be back again.

The room was nice. The bed was comfy, the shower was ok, but the breakfast was the best of the 3 super 8 hotels ive stayed at on my trip so far

Price was great for location but little parking and rooms need upgrades. Was told free breakfast til 9 am went to eat at 830 before checkout and maid was bagging all bagels and food and putting on her bag saying sorry no more and we booked a smoking room and then told as we checked in sorry no more even though we paid extra. Won't be staying again however it was located next to Dodgers stadium and only one night so ...you get what you pay for ...maybe
