The staff is beyond fabulous. The manager is friendly and very kind. Especially to kids and older people. Christina is incredibly helpful and friendly, while remaining no nonsense when people try to start trouble. The breakfast bar was hot, delicious and well stocked. The lady working it, Mikayla (?) was very helpful and was constantly checking things.

Mike, the manager, is beyond amazing. Incredibly kind. All of the employees are beyond polite. My kids say " I would recommend this place not that stupid econolodge next door." 🙃 christina and the weekend breakfast attendant are both Incredibly sweet. The hotel is incredibly clean.

A couple years ago, I stayed at the Baymont and had a mediocre experience. However, after returning to Colorado Springs for a work assignment—which unexpectedly extended from a one-week project into a month-long endeavor—my wife and I decided to give this location another chance. I am incredibly glad we did. ​Our experience this time has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff is consistently kind, polite, and accommodating. The property itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, while the rooms offer a comfortable, welcoming, and homelike atmosphere. ​The most impactful change this hotel has made is clearly the implementation of new management; the improvement between our past stay and our current one is remarkable. If you stayed here previously and walked away underwhelmed, do yourself a favor and book a return visit. You will be genuinely impressed by the transformation. As a Wyndham Diamond member—the highest tier offered—I write my reviews strictly for the benefit of fellow consumers, not the hotels. Cut through the "fluff" of typical online reviews; the positive changes here are entirely genuine.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever witnessed. The reception didn’t even great you. Charged me 3 times on my credit card. The hallway smells like smoke and urine. The bedding had blood all over it and bugs crawling on the floor. No security on doors or anything. It looks like the homeless people live there. I am so glad we canceled and got a better hotel. The pictures don’t even match what the place looks like. Gross would not recommend unless you want to get a disease.

1 star for sure. My stay was super disappointing from start to finish. ​At check in, the lady at the front desk took my ID and never gave it back to me. I didn't realize it until a couple of hours later when I walked down to my car, i came back inside and she casually hands me it and said "Here, sorry". I don't know if this was a genuine mistake or if she was trying to steal info, who knows, but either way, it seemed suspicious. Then the cleanliness and upkeep of the property was not very good, both in the public areas and in my room. The ONLY good thing I can say about my room is that the bed was made. Otherwise, there were crumbs left all over the floor, visible stains on the towels, the tv didnt work, and the cabinet to the bedside table was broken. AND THEN I found a bug in the sink and another bug in the shower. It's pretty clear basic cleaning and maintenance are ignored here. ​Between the bugs, the dirty conditions, the broken furniture, and the incident with my ID, I do not recommend this place.
