Very nice property overall. Modern and attractive lobby and exterior. The front desk lady was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I believe her name was Kelly. The room is very clean, and looks new or very recently refurbished. A very quiet comfortable room with firm but comfortable beds. Enjoyable stay in a nice hotel. 5 stars

Just returned from an unexpected 5 day stay here, our dog got pneumonia and was in the ICU not too far away. This location was perfect for going back and forth to see him withiut having to drive far. We live almost 2 hours from the area. We were very thankful they made extending our stay every day until he was better very simple. Every staff member from the front desk crew (thank you all for caring so much about our pup and being so incredibly helpful), to the breakfast workers who kept the breakfast bar super clean and stocked, to the cleaners were truly so friendly, it made our situation feel a little lighter. We had a room on the first floor making it easy for our exhausted dog to get outside easily after he was able to join us. They have a nice sized dog area right out front, big for a city hotel, they provide bags and a trash, so other guests, please clean up after your pet. The area is also very well lit up at night for those late night pet potty breaks. We ate the breakfast 3 days out of the 5 we stayed here. They have a little bit for everyone every morning from making your own waffle, yogurt, muffins amd small pastries, toast/English muffins and eggs. We had biscuits and gravy and sausage 2 of the mornings and it was pretty good! The corn beef and hash wasn't bad either. The lobby always has cold cucumber lemon water available. Best western's always have the best pools and hot tubs, and the hot tub was much needed relief after spending days in vet offices. This hotel was very quiet the whole time we stayed, we barely ever heard any other guests while in the room or walking out in the lobby. Shower pressure is great, bathroom and the whole room were very clean. There is the standard mini fridge and microwave available in the room and plugs in every lamp, so there is no shortage of outlets. They had someone shampooing the carpet in the halls when we were there, so they do really seem to care about cleanliness. Cannot say enough thanks for the staff being so accommodating at this location.

We stayed for three nights and 4 days to visit family. Our Airbnb fell through so this is where we landed. Great rooms, staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is great! My only complaint is that all of the Jets in the hot tub are missing. The inside orifice is gone so it just blows air and nobody can really sit in the hot tub without having water splash in their face. I would absolutely return, but would enjoy the hot tub if repaired :-)

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms are clean. Pool and hot tub are nice. They allow pets but didn’t smell bad and no hair anywhere. I’d stay again.

This was a very nice room with a very nice view and the service was great. The location was great as well. The main thing that was a problem for my husband was the lack of hot water. I just took a shower right after him so I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for it to heat up.
