The room was fine, the breakfast was fine, the service was fine. However, if you plan to relax and enjoy the hot tub, you might want to pick a different hotel. The hot tub is attached to the pool, so the shallow end and stairs to the pool are on 2 sides of the hot tub. There is a ledge so you can go from one to the other, but if you are in the hot tub and people are sitting on the ledge facing the pool, it gets a little awkward. Additionally, there are no hot tub specific rules posted, so the hot tub was constantly filled with little kids trying to play. There was also a mom with 2 toddlers in floaties and a literal infant in the hot tub for quite a long time when we were there. I was legitimately worried for their safety.

The customer service here is top notch! Every one was kind but one stuck out from the rest...... Adam C. This young man is a ray of sunshine, so sweet and helpful, with a gorgeous smile that lights up the room. The breakfast options are a plenty and the omelets are yummy. The rooms are clean and spacious. Pool, workout room, places to get some work done, and it's right off I-25. This will be our go to place every time we come back.

Spending a full week at the Hampton during a work trip could have easily felt long and exhausting but thanks to Blanca and Jack, it felt like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with the biggest smiles and made it a point to ask how our days were going every single evening. It wasn’t just polite small talk… they genuinely cared. By the end of the week, it felt like we’d known them forever. I travel often for work, and I can honestly say this was the most welcoming stay I’ve ever had. Blanca’s warmth and positive energy set the tone every day, and Jack went above and beyond… even rescuing me when my room key decided to stop working. We ended up giggling and joking about it later, which just sums up how comfortable they made us feel. The hotel itself was great, but it’s the people who make the experience unforgettable. Blanca and Jack are an absolute dream team. If every Hampton had a duo like them, traveling would always feel this easy and enjoyable. 💛

Great hotel, super central, staff were extremely friendly. We stayed on floor 2 and found out that there is a ventilation fan running through every room on floor 2. It sounds like a fan on high and you are unable to turn it off. If you are sensitive to white noise, floor 2 is not for you. Other than that small issue we had a fantastic stay.

I stayed here in May 8th and 9th and Rebekah at the front desk is amazing. She was super friendly and always smiling. Made my stay 100%. I saw the previous post and it made me write this for people to see. that person complaining today must have smoke some MJ.
