Stayed in a 2 queen 1 bd room suite was quite small compared to pictures online... cleanliness when we checked in was not great I had to clean the kitchen counters and desk myself. My biggest complaint was room keys... stayed with 3 adults and asked for 2 keys and was told only 1 per room went back after staff change ecplained and asked again and it was explained in great detail that hotel policy was blah blah blah 1 key but we were given another and returned both keys... just charge people for lost keys or something. Breakfast was ok not as good as most ihg hotels I stay at but definitely not bad. I usually find breakfast really good considering most ihg's are rated 2 stars i highly recommend. Big bang for your buck compared to most 5 star hotels. Staff was very nice.

Staybridge Suites is a solid choice, especially for longer stays. The rooms are big and very spacious, with layouts that feel more like an apartment than a hotel. The large kitchen is a major plus and includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stovetop, along with everything you need to be comfortable for an extended stay. The pull-out sofa is also large, adding extra flexibility for families. One downside is the double-bed suites—the beds themselves are very small and not ideal for two people, which can be uncomfortable if you’re sharing. The fitness room has weights and equipment, which is great, but unfortunately the treadmill was not working during our stay. A big highlight is the running trail directly behind the hotel, which is perfect for morning runs or walks. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options and a coffee station that gets the job done. The view from the back of the hotel is excellent, adding to the overall experience. Overall, Staybridge Suites offers space, functionality, and convenience, making it a strong option in Colorado Springs—especially for longer stays—with just a few areas that could use improvement.

My husband and I have felt very welcomed here by staff. The rooms have a little kitchenette. Which is a huge plus for us. Has a sitting area, desk, little table to eat, decent size. Clean, free breakfast, free laundry which is another great amenity ! The pool isn't open just yet. But looks beautiful and has hot tub outside. Can't wait for that!. Gym is good decent size. Housekeeping staff have been very accomdating! And pleasent!! They are all so sweet!! The ladies at the front desk are all amazing!!! So helpful, so cool, and the manager Ms Sonia has made our stay great! She's been so accodmating to us and helpful. And my husband and I truly appreciate her, Hannah (you're a rockstar ⭐), Amanda you always got my cracking up , Leeanna you're awesome and ur my girll and my girl with the beautiful name that starts with a T and I can't pronounce it 😂, !!! Love y'all!

On the first day, the front door was unavailable due to construction. We had to circle the building to find a door that was open. Bed linen including all sheets, mattress pad, and pillow cases were extremely soiled. With very large visible, dirty stains on them. It took thirty minutes to get fresh linen. When we asked if we could use the swimming pool, we were told the pool is unavailable, but we were welcome to go to holiday inn next door to swim in their pool! Housekeeping did not remove all trash, only some of it. The window would not close completely and did not lock at all. When we called the front desk to request an extra blanket, we were told there is no housekeeping only one front desk person. So she wouldn't be able to bring us one. For the price that I paid for my family of 5 I expected much better. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Old hotel but was obviously renovated. Worked well for my family of 4. Ceilings a little thin as we heard kids jumping up and down at 6 am for about 30 minutes straight the morning after staying. Get a higher floor if you need to sleep in. I loved that the windows opened as I find this possible in few hotels. Was in a business park so location was not the best but it was ok for a night. Little Books and puzzles lending library offf the breakfast area was appreciated by my kids.
