Front desk staff superb! Aleena helped resolve a reservation issue for me which gave me great piece of mind. As a Titanium for several years I was recognized with a wonderful room upgrade. Thanks COS Marriott for all you do to make our travels enjoyable!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment I arrived, Aleena made check-in seamless and welcoming, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. Throughout my stay, Pauline went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, always greeting me with a warm smile and helpful recommendations. Carina was equally exceptional—her professionalism and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, elegant, and inviting. Thanks to the outstanding service from Aleena, Pauline, and Carina, this stay felt special from start to finish. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family!

Our family checked into the Marriott in Colorado Springs on Friday, and unfortunately our experience at the front desk completely ruined the start of our stay. The employee who checked us in, Aleena (A-L-E-E-N-A), treated us in a way that made my entire family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment we approached the desk. Instead of greeting us politely, she was rude and argumentative while explaining the check-in process. When I was trying to pay, she repeatedly argued with me about inserting the card into the slot, speaking in a tone that made me feel like I was being talked down to. It was embarrassing, especially with my family standing there. What made it worse was the way she kept looking at my family while we were standing there. The looks felt judgmental and dismissive, and it made the whole situation even more uncomfortable. My family is Hispanic, and the way we were treated honestly left me wondering if that played a role in how we were spoken to and looked at. No guest should ever be made to feel that way when they are simply trying to check into a hotel. During the interaction, she even said she would “upgrade” our room, which honestly made it seem like she knew she had treated us poorly and was trying to make up for it. But when we got upstairs, the room was exactly the same room type we had already paid for — double beds, nothing different at all. That made the whole comment about an upgrade feel dishonest and confusing. This hotel may look like a four-star property, but based on the way we were treated at check-in, the service felt like one star. The way we were spoken to and the uncomfortable atmosphere at the front desk ruined our whole Friday and set a terrible tone for our stay. My family and I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and we have never been treated this poorly before. If you want to feel respected and welcomed when you check in somewhere, I would strongly recommend avoiding check-in with this employee. No guest should ever leave the front desk feeling the way we did.

Mrs. Pauline at the front desk was extremely professionally and courteous to my needs as I arrived a few hours early unnoticed. She greeted me with a smile and tried everything within her legal powers to take care of me. Because of her hospitality, I will definitely be staying again. I ever met a new pet friend, Sammy the Falcon, who hung out with me on the balcony during my stay here. As a man with influence, I will recommend this hotel to the people I know. I was on the concierge floor and it was great! Beautiful room and view. AND Drew (Andrew!) saw me sitting in the lobby and asked me if I needed the shuttle. Well I was only going to my family one mile away-but he said I would be happy to take you!! What a pleasant surprise! We talked and talked and I look forward to a “special” ride with him again!
