Attended a conference onsite and stayed as a guest. As a guest: we paid $60 extra for more space in a suite. Nice layout and amenities, but there was only one bed and a foldout couch bed which was so thin that we had to bring in our own blowup mattress to sleep on the floor. Breakfast is $20 and not included with your stay, it is a good meal but still a hotel continental breakfast, not worth $20 per person. We were not allowed to check out late despite the conference running past traditional checkout time. As a conference attendee: The rooms were freezing cold for three days and the staff would not accommodate. We wore coats and blankets. We ran out of coffee multiple times and were told the hotel was charging $80 per gallon of coffee. They refused to refill hot water and we almost never had both hot water and tea bags at the same time, only one or the other would be provided. Lids did not fit cups. We felt nickel-and-dimed for every need with no sense of accommodation. If we asked for help we received people complaining about how hard their job is. Enjoyed the bar food and drinks and the design of the space is comfortable and classy, but we left with a distinct sense that we were the suckers in the situation.

Great place so far to stay in Colorado. We woke up with a peace of mind. Rooms are clean, staff are nice their service is fast, and we felt safe. I also enjoyed the bar, they made good tasty drinks, and the food is nice.

Sharing my fantastic experience during a visit to your hotel on my business trip,my friend who was staying at the hotel back in April, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received. ​Specifically, I want to highlight Rose. Her customer service is truly outstanding. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and professional, and she made a lasting positive impression on me . Btw ​Ensure Rose is recognized for her hard work. She is a credit to the DoubleTree 😀!

Room cleaning lady spoke zero English so it was not possible to ask for more toilet paper. The hotel is very well kept and clean, the pool and hit tub were very nice. However one day the Hot tub was not hot at all. The breakfast is very good but a little pricey. The breakfast staff are good. Great location, good parking.

We enjoyed it here very much with our grandkids:) Breakfast was the best! Pool, fitness center, Bar, restaurant, lots of TVs to watch various sports or events at the Bar. Great for meetings, weddings, etc! Come see!!
