Had an absolutely amazing experience!! My plane arrived early and even being sold out the night before Jason was able to get me in for a early check in (I’m a diamond member) the place was clean, room was spotless loved they still have a tub. Pool area was clean and didn’t sting your eyes just sitting in it from chlorine like other places. Breakfast was great some things are is the to pick up and go they even offered carry out bags with breakfast in it. The staff was wonderful, and as I said Jason was extremely friendly and accommodating, I had a horrible experience with the service previously and thought I would give it one more chance and I’m glad I did. Will definitely be staying here again !

This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were really nice, very empathetic and present. The manager was very professional, and was wonderful to work with as well. The breakfast was well stocked, the rooms were clean and the pool and whirlpool were well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a very nice stay. Rooms were spotless, coffee in the morning was great. And above all service was excellent, particularly the help we received from Maria at the front desk. We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic stay, only issue was other guests were a group there for a gymnastics tournament who in the morning stacked all their luggage blocking the walkways and stood talking so you couldnt walk by, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was stellar, the man keeping it clean and full was an absolute saint with all those kids running around in there making messes. Room was clean and super nice. Pool was great and sitting in the outdoor hot tub in the snow was beautiful.

All staff were polite, courteous and attentive, especially the front desk crew. Hotel was clean, extensive breakfast that was actually good. The rooms were "run of the mill"but clean and comfortable. Great location.
