I am sorry but I will never let my family stay at this location again. Our room was dirty I know this because my children feet were black from walking on the floor just from the bathroom to the bed . My children couldn’t take a bath because the tub was dirty and the connector to close the tub was rusted. Our beds weren’t really clean . The only good thing about this location is that it wasn’t far from everything we came down here to do .and there is a really good Mexican food restaurant right next door. So I would not recommend this location for a family vacation .

One of my worst hotel experiences. 1. The room I was initially given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (I am allergic). I had to request a different room, and they did provide one. However, they should ensure that rooms are free of such odors before assigning them to other guests. 2. On the second day, the toilet was clogged and the water overflowed. I asked the front desk to please have it repaired and also to clean the room, since the water had spread throughout the bathroom and part of the room. They only fixed the toilet but did not clean the affected area. 3. The room is supposed to be cleaned every three days. We stayed from Friday 02/13, and it was not until yesterday (our last night) that the room was finally cleaned. 4. The housekeeping supervisor was the most rude, aggressive, and unpleasant person I have ever encountered. She asked us to leave the room so it could be cleaned, and we did. However, it was extremely cold outside, so we asked the housekeeper if we could come back in and sit in a corner because we could no longer tolerate the cold. She kindly agreed. Shortly after, the supervisor arrived, reprimanded us for coming back in, and began scolding the housekeeper for allowing us inside. The housekeeper told her that we were human beings, and the supervisor responded that she did not care. It is disappointing that such a prestigious hotel employs staff with this kind of attitude. I have had better experiences in the past, but I have now warned others about what happened. I am very disappointed.

This place is just a budget hotel, do not expect anything nice or pretty. It's a place to sleep and shower. Breakfast was bare, just cereal, waffles, stale bread, bagels and oranges. Room had a stench to it but had a/c and decent water pressure. Pool was not opened and it didn't look like it has been used in years. Location of the hotel was great because it is about 15min from surrounding attractions.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself seems like it has gone through some remodeling. My room was spacious, the bed and sheets were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to move around. The TV worked well and allowed me to connect to apps like YouTube and Netflix, which was a nice plus. The bathroom was also comfortable and clean. Overall, the room itself was good. There was one staff member who worked most days and she was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with other members of the staff. At one point, I overheard an employee speaking in Spanish to another coworker about me, not realizing that I could understand them. They were complaining about my dogs, even though my dogs are service dogs. Before arriving, I clearly informed the hotel that I would be traveling with them and I also had their documentation with me. The hotel also advertises itself as pet-friendly. When I checked out, it took several days and I still had not received my deposit back. When I contacted the hotel, they claimed that I had damaged items in the room, which was completely untrue. I took photos of the room when I left and everything was in good condition. After that, they stopped answering my calls. I ended up having to contact Hotels.com to dispute the charge and fight to get my deposit back. Because of this experience, I personally would not recommend staying here due to the way the situation was handled by the staff and management. That being said, the hotel itself was decent and in a convenient location, which made it easy to get around and do what I needed while in town. Just don’t expect much from the breakfast, and be cautious in the parking lot and surrounding area, as it’s not the best part of Colorado Springs.

I booked a 4 night stay with the expectation that they were ADA compliant got to the hotel was given a 2nd floor room no big deal except the elevator was broke and has been broke for awhile according to staff so when I requested a 1st floor room due to limitations and stairs was not an option I was told no. So I had to scramble for another hotel last min on memorial weekend. I was told I would get a full refund which was a lie. So not only did I get charged for a room I couldn’t access I had to then pay more money for another hotel that was ADA compliant. Which if you are reading this go ahead and look at Quality Inn Colorado Springs South because that was the cleanest hotel with excellent staff I have been to in awhile every one was so helpful and friendly.
