​I am writing this review to highlight the severe lack of professionalism and appalling customer service at this establishment. While the location is convenient and the rooms are passably clean, the management and specific staff members—namely Cory and 2 of the front desk team members—require an immediate and comprehensive refresh in basic human decency and professional standards. ​Our experience was marred by several unacceptable incidents: ​Retaliatory Guest Labeling: After attempting to discuss and clarify financial charges, I discovered that staff had entered notes into the system labeling us as “problematic.” Penalizing a guest for seeking financial transparency is an unprofessional and defensive practice. ​Hostility Toward Families: This hotel is not family-friendly. We were charged for "damaged" linens due to a minor accident involving a young child, and subsequently, housekeeping refused to provide basic necessities like clean towels as a form of retaliation for our "problematic" status. ​Unsafe & Unpleasant Atmosphere: The environment was poorly monitored. We encountered guests openly smoking drugs in the parking lot and directly in front of hallway entrances. Despite these clear violations, the staff seemed more focused on intimidating guests they deemed "beneath them" than maintaining a safe, clean property. ​Maintenance & Privacy Issues: The sliding door in our room was broken at the track with visible gaps, and housekeeping staff made contradictory claims about the room's condition despite entering without our request. ​It is deeply concerning that a Choice Hotels franchise is operated with such a lack of integrity. Using intimidation tactics instead of service-oriented problem-solving is a poor reflection on the brand. I have formally reported these issues to choice hotels and would strongly advise families and professional travelers to look elsewhere until the owner implements a drastic change in staffing and culture. Also if I see a comment back that I'm in the wrong may I just say I have recordings and photos as proof.

I like it here. It feels newer, the king rooms are pretty much the same size as any King size suite rooms. Sofa bed pulls out, you have a normal size fridge, they provide plates, pots and pans, utensils, a dish detergent soap , regular dish soap, paper towels which was a nice surprise! Typically when you go to exstended stays you have to pay or rent those out. Breakfast is good, the guy who runs it puts a nice touch to everything. There's a pool and Jacuzzi ( I haven't tried it yet), laundry, lil business computer , good area, stores all around you. You're right on Powers. Staffs cool, Corys been awesome and helpful ! Housekeeping been great on 4th floor! Mrs.Paulas awesome and works so hard and will take care of you. Overall very happy here. 😀

Booked this place for an extended stay while my husband had appointments at the medical center nearby. Kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and the bed was comfortable. Building is newer so everything feels fresh and updated. Just know housekeeping is only Wednesdays but that worked fine for us since we're pretty tidy anyway!

Clean and comfortable extended stay option! We were here for a month and the kitchen setup made it feel like home. Beds were comfy and the room stayed quiet even on weekends. Appreciate the laundry facilities onsite too.

After a very late night of working, I came down at exactly 9:10 a.m. to grab the continental breakfast. I was greeted with the area barred with a giant lock, and a gruff employee who told me, "Breakfast times are listed on your white piece of paper" (and he went straight back to browsing his phone). It's both rude and CHEAP for an upscale hotel of this kind to literally bar their breakfast area at 9 a.m. In our modern day and age, people work both LATE HOURS or even well into the wee hours of the morning, and might not be out of bed until 8 a.m. or so. I paid $190 for my room--you can't part with a 20 cent bagel???
