It was my first time staying at this hotel, but it will not be my last. I was so impressed with the service and the staff. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator made ice. The breakfast was tasty and the location of the hotel is near so many amenities. I was able to have food delivery, do laundry and enjoy the scenery. The staff made sure I was comfortable during my stay. It is pet friendly and handicap accessible. I did not hear people talking through the walls like at some hotels. It was quiet and spacious. I just wish the tv had YouTube or Prime Video. The tv has Direct TV. The atmosphere was great and it was great for the price. Please give this place a chance the next time in Colorado Springs.

Pros: Good price, easy to find, quiet, and has a little store for any late night snacks or meds. Comfy beds and the hotel is fairly clean. The hotel also has a fitness room and laundry services. I wasn’t expecting it, but we had a stove and microwave, ice machine and dishwasher and they provide basic cook/dishware. Also offers free breakfast (small but appreciate the option!) Cons: Air quality was bad. I don’t know if the filters on the AC, but every time we got to the room his asthma would be acting up. Housekeeping doesn’t deliver to the room. We decided not to do housekeeping since we weren’t going to be there long, but had to run down to the lobby for extra toilet paper and towels. One night the staff members was quite rude to my boyfriend who was picking supplies up. Parking was annoying too. We had to walk all the way around because there’s no back entrance. Overall I would probably stay again if my preferred hotel is too spendy.

I tend not to leave reviews often but this hotel deserves all the praise possible I've been in working in various towns in Colarado over the past week or so and this place stands out my a mile! Firstly I'll mention the welcome I got from Trevor, he went through everything a guest needed to know and even went out of his way to help me with a slight technical issue. I must of walked past the reception a dozen times during my 1 night stay and everytime I walked past I was greeted and made pleasant conversation about everything and anything. Trevor is so charismatic, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Upon leaving this morning he greeted me by my name and wished me well on my journey down south The Room The website pictures don't do it justice, extremely spacious, smelled nice and extremely clean. The bed was super comfy so much so that I didn't want to move and I was almost late for work! The shower water pressure was excellent and was lovely and hot. The kitchen area had everything you needed including a ice maker in the freezer, that's a huge plus for me! The TV was large and had many channels. The HDMI ports to plug in my laptop were of east access, Ideal to preview my work ready for the next day! Breakfast was super! Hot cooked food, cereals, help yourself to the pancake maker. Juices, coffee. Location was great with picturesque views, specially if you walk out the back entrance of the hotel and sit and watch the sunset! There's a bar/pub over the road short walking distance. Along with restaurants etc. There was plenty of parking and easy enough to pull out onto the main road upon leaving I enjoyed my stay so much that upon leaving for England in a few weeks I'll go out of my way to return for one last stay! A truly deserved 5 stars from me!

At first I really liked this hotel. The rooms are fairly clean and spacious. They also come with kitchenettes. However my ice maker in my fridge didn't work there's a leak on the faucet in the kitchen sink. The can opener in the room didn't work ,I had to get my own. The part that bothers me the most I was going to give this hotel 4 stars but the fact they wouldn't let me have even a 15-minute late checkout so I can finish my laundry without charging me for it I understand hotels are in the business to make money but I was here for a week. I probably won't be back to this hotel unless my job sends me back here.

It’s a clean place not that fancy but the gym is 24hrs and the laundry is Free. And you have mini kitchen inside, you can cooked for longer stay. They have free breakfast not much but still great . The staff are all friendly and approachable. The price for 2 beds is very affordable.
