This is an older hotel, BUT it has been well maintained and is very clean! The staff have been hospitable and courteous. The Continental breakfast was very good! The bed is comfortable and they have soft and large towels. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to find last min reservations after another hotel was not ADA complaint and not only was I able to get a room Kim was able to help me and my son get checked in and set up with no problem. She was so nice and helpful I would honestly come back just to deal with her. This is a great location with friendly staff that always have a smile on their face. It was clean and everything worked great.

The Manager on staff, Erin, deserves a raise. Above and beyond customer service, kind and compassionate and willing to help me with my surprise. She was so so so lovely to speak with and is such a fantastic representation of this brand and I hope they treat her with the respect she deserves. Clean rooms, lovely pool, accessible fridge, plenty to do nearby!

Nice room. Nice stay.. I forgot some posters went stated for a concert.. I called the front desk to get them sent to me and no call back.

Rooms were clean. Elevator was down for a few days. Breakfast was filling. Neighborhood is a little rough. Fitness area was simple. Pool is indoor and functioning.
