Beds are comfortable staff is friendly but it shows its age. Had some issues with room at first and it eas addressed and fixed quickly. Got a new room. TV sort of worked remote did not some channels did not come in. Had a screen door and fell off as soon as it was touched. Its a great location and clean.

We had to make an unexpected hotel booking because our daughter was sick and we changed our plans so she could rest. Unfortunately, our experience at Quality Inn & Suites added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The morning staff told us one thing, but the evening staff told us something completely different. There was no consistency, and they did not stand by what had already been communicated to us. The evening staff member was especially rude and dismissive when we tried to get clarification. Good customer service requires clear communication and treating guests with respect, and sadly that was not our experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Quality Inn & Suites Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs for one night just to refresh, and it was exactly what we needed. The location is great, with easy access and a nice, quiet feel. We especially appreciated the safe parking around the back of the property. For dinner, it was super convenient having Chick-fil-A right next door, which made things simple after a long day. In the morning, the breakfast exceeded expectations for a budget-friendly hotel—plenty of options and a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and we’d definitely choose to stay here again. Unfortunately no pool access due to time of year.

Five stars in every category! I had a great experience at this hotel. Breathtaking view of the mountains. The Women who work here were amazing. Above and beyond customer service. Those ladies are doing an Amazing job. The room was very clean and spacious. The housekeepers were very nice and helpful. 100 percent satisfied with the room & the staff. The neighborhood had serval food and gas station options nearby. Also close to the highway, but not so close you can hear it, but nearby which I appreciated. When I visit again, I will be choosing this hotel at this location. There were don’t issues with communicating about the deposit as well. When my bank was questioning things the hotel sent me an assuring email saying they had released the funds. That was very comforting. Again. 100 percent above and beyond customer service at this hotel during the entire experience. Book here.

The overall stay was not bad. Most of the staff was nice except Alex the girl with the short haircut was very rude . Should give her a class on social skills and customer service. Never seen a person so petty. The he she or transgender person with the long hair and Amd glasses was also rude. Did not give me their name when I asked. They charged me five hundred dollars for deposits and only returned half. They said they only charged me the 250 when I have proof . Trying to get my deposit back has been very difficult . I would not choose this hotel based on those two reasons. Oh Amd they only have one waffle machine so if you dont go early at6/630 you will be standing in a line. They also have a problem with trespassers. Did not feel safe at times. Like I said most days and most staff were ok but these two bad attitudes and shouldn’t be working a front desk
