Had a great stay at the Aloft! The location was perfect - there were so many places within walking distance, which made it easy to get around and explore downtown. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Special shoutout to Andrea for being so kind and having such a great personality. She made me feel right at home and was a big part of what made my stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow!! Truly a one of a kind hotel experience, the staff take this hotel to new heights. I have never stayed at a hotel which I found to be this clean (and I’m very particular), and which has such an amazing guest experience. Truly everyone here makes you feel so welcome and cared for, they will go above and beyond to make your trip so special. Jessica leads an incredible team at the front desk and the bar, not to mention Madi behind the bar who takes a hotel bar and creates an ambiance many nice cocktails bars fail to provide. Don’t waste time staying anywhere else in Indianapolis. Also amazing gym and close the best restaurants Indy has to offer (coming from a very frequent visitor)!!

Great location within walking distance of great food, coffee and entertainment. The staff is super friendly and were very accommodating to us and our kids. We spent some time at the bar and the service and cocktails were great. Check out the original bank vault in the back! The rooms were also great. My only complaint is the sliding bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. I would definitely stay again, though.

My friends and I recently flew to Indianapolis to celebrate a close friend’s graduation, and we’re so glad we chose to stay at Aloft Indianapolis Downtown! Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The hospitality of the staff truly made the trip—everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to Cristal, who was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to get around and enjoy everything the city has to offer. It was also a big plus that Aloft is part of Marriott. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I appreciated the extra perks like complimentary internet access and late checkout. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be staying at Aloft again the next time I’m in Indianapolis and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We chose this hotel because it is right in the heart of downtown within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and tourist stops. We enjoyed our stay at Aloft Hotel because our room was clean, the gym was enjoyable, and we had fun grabbing a drink from the WYXZ bar in the lobby and playing a few games of pool. The bartender Hayden makes great drinks and was extremely kind and informative of last call. Also the hotel staff was friendly and responded quickly when we requested extra blankets, pillows, and towels to our room. We would definately recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
