My great experience started when I checked in with Olivia. She was kind, personal, and informative. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The fitness center is very large and has everything you could need. The restaurants on site have good food and the staff is enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance, making the hotel a great location.

An outstanding hotel with exceptional service, beautiful design, and an excellent location. From the moment we arrived, everything felt professional, welcoming, and well organized. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with amazing city views and top-quality amenities. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything needed. The location is perfect, close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. The dining experience, cleanliness, and overall attention to detail truly exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indianapolis.

First time staying in Indy and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Wonderful property, great rooms, centrally located. Friendly staff, especially Denis with the valet team, super friendly, gave me some great places to check out while I was there. Looking forward to staying there again.

We had an incredible experience at the JW in Indy! The facility is beautiful, but what really put this property over the top was the staff. They were so kind and welcoming. Our initial interaction with Kennedy and Drake at the bell desk was positive and pleasant. Kennedy was even willing to refrigerate something for us while we waited on our room. The food at Dean’s is out of this world and we so enjoyed talking with bartender Ryan! He even bought us a dessert when he found out we were celebrating our anniversary. And then as a sweet surprise, the hostess hand-made us an anniversary card! Velocity had a great vibe and outstanding food as well. Jen was a true pro with great recommendations! And I sure can’t leave out Lizzie and Alex in the executive lounge. They truly personified customer service! They were so welcoming and willing to do anything they could to make your visit extra special. The JW is a credit to downtown Indy and I highly recommend it!

We had a delightful stay. Heather was helpful in getting our suite booked for our family stay-cation. Our kids loved the high corner room view. Nina was helpful and welcoming when we arrived. Tisha was helpful with our checkout, making sure our bill was accurate and getting us access to tickets at the Indiana Historical society. See you next year!
