From the moment we got out of our car, we were greeted with a smile and a welcome. We waited in line to check in, but the staff made sure we were on good spirits. The process of check in was smooth overall. Our room was on the 19th floor and had a great view. We stayed the weekend and every staff member we encountered was so kind. Check out was smooth, Suhaib was gracious with all my questions. He went out of his way to take care of us.

Right across from the Convention Center; convenient with a skywalk into it. Connors and the snack bar have extremely friendly staff. Ordered takeaway meals; Easy to do so, never a problem. I did have an erroneous meal charge in my room, took a few minutes to remove but they thanked me for bringing it to their attention. There's a decent gym I used all three days (for 10-15m) with water available to take. Busiest in the am, much quieter in the evenings. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, the room wifi is free (they zero out the charge). Excellent beds and pillows, slept like a baby. Very clean and made up each day. Glad I stayed here for work. My room faced the JW Marriott so I got the sunrise reflection each morning and a hint of sunset each night, when clear. Feels luxurious at this level. FYI: no tub, walk-in shower, decent water pressure and temps.

Exactly What a Marriott Should Be — and Then Some From the moment I arrived, the customer service at this downtown Indianapolis Marriott set the tone for an exceptional stay. The staff was attentive, warm, and genuinely went out of their way to make every interaction feel effortless — the kind of hospitality that’s increasingly rare and always appreciated. The Bonvoy member lounge is a fantastic perk, and the on-site mini market is perfect for those moments when you need something quick without leaving the property. What truly impressed me, though, was the on-site dining and room service — a full-service option that so many hotels have quietly phased out. Having the ability to order a real meal to your room is a luxury that I didn’t realize I missed until it was right at my fingertips again. The rooms themselves were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained — comfortable in the way that only a well-run Marriott can deliver. It’s that reliable, elevated experience that keeps you coming back to the brand, and this property absolutely delivers on that promise. If you’re visiting Indianapolis and want a stay that checks every box — service, amenities, comfort, and that signature Marriott dependability — look no further. Highly recommend.

Stayed for a conference. Sahaib was exceptionally gracious and helpful on early check-in and made sure my family, arriving separately, was taken care of. Made adjustments to our reservation and personally showed us the club since they’ll be in their own while I’m occupied with the conference. Exactly the level of care we needed. Room is great, location is easy to get to. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

Adequate is the best description. Not good not terrible just adequate.. My room wasn't available until 2 hours after the supposed check-in time. Fortunately, I was traveling with someone and was able to put my luggage in their room while waiting for the hotel to call me and let me know my room was ready. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked properly. Their TV channels didn't include any premium channels aka movie channels but there were a couple of sports channels. Normally this isn't a big deal since most hotel TVs now work with your own streaming services. Unfortunately, the only streaming service possible on the TV was Netflix and only if you have Netflix without ads. I subscribe to the ad supported Netflix version so it wouldn't operate. One final word of advice is to be prepared for long wait times for hot water on the 10th floor. Not sure how all the floors are. I almost gave up on hot water my first night thinking I'd have to ask for another room. Eventually, it started warming. My second night I turned the shower on hot upon getting back to my room. I proceeded to get my sleepwear out, brushed my teeth, flossed, got my washcloth and towel ready, and after waiting about a minute longer, finally had hot water. Maybe don't stay here if water conservation is important to you.
